Over marked up my car and manipulated me on car payment never showing me the numbers. I regret buying here. I tried to return the car the next morning but the rep said he would talk to his manager and never got back to me. Do not buy here they are greedy and do not care about you.

I did not have an appointment, my Escape had nails in my rear tires, David Lee took me in on Emergency appointment and replaced my tires while I waited. My Escape is a Fleet Vehicle and he called WHEELS and arranged for the repairs. David has a efficient and polite manner about him, he knows how to take care of unexpected emergencies, he could have put me at the end of the day but somehow worked me in without affecting his regular work flow.
