Service visit

With the exception of it taking over 20 minutes to check in when I had an appointment, the visit was good. With an appt couldn't this process be quicker?

I have received very personal attention and quick advised in how to procede for delivery of my vehicle for fix. Also I was help finding the nearest car rental office for fast service. happy with all service.

From the time I brought my Corolla in for recall on paint job, It was the best auto dealership treatment ever.. Gar Parrott did such a fantastic job on the paint repair..My wife feels like she is in a new car.. 5 stars to Mr Parrott and his crew.

Dealership does not respect its customers.

Would not accept no for the upcharged karr security and extended warranty. Said no to it more than 7 times felt forced to accept it.

The manager was not available to talk to me regarding the unprofessional behavior of the maintenance personnel. Customer service absolutely not acceptable. And 1 time they hit the Front bamper the my car actually I never had good experience with this dealership.
