Hard to get someone on the phone. They feel a bit untrustworthy. Something feels “off” when dealing with them. Phone rep (on service side) unknowledgeable about issues, and unable to get into my chart.

Picked up truck after highway collision with major damage and truck looked brand new. Top notch work from the collision center. Will use them again for all work.

Very helpful and super fast! Jonathon was friendly and kind, very pleasant experience. I took my Lexus in to get serviced and it was done in less than an hour in the middle of the day.

Very disappointed, the parts department broke some piece off my car while doing an oill change has to wait almost nine hours and they charged me full price on my oil change instead of giving me a discount for the inconvenience!!!!

Not happy. Mixup occurred, turning my one hour oil change into a two hour and ten minute wait. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for the earliest available appointment so I could get the car back in time to run another errand before my wife needed the car. This set me back a one week
