I can only imagine the good reviews being posted by dealership employees! While I have never had the chance to make a trip (apparently, they don't encourage that ;), by choosing to not respond to 4 queries on 4 different cars, they have announced themselves as unprofessional and disrespectful of their prospective customers

No response from either of the phone numbers on their website, though I called many times. They did call me back when I sent a message via cars.com from yet a third phone number and they answered one time when I called back on that third number; but from then on no response from multiple calls that I gave them. Finally gave up

I Bought a Nissan Altima 2.5S from them Paul was very helpful with te purchase and price was just right. Very happy with my purchase and the state of the car.

As per the dealer 96% or more of the inventory is rebuilt title. Check before you buy! The sales Representative wasn't eager to sell as well. Hence my trip lasted for less than 2 mins

I inquired about a car online and left my phone number expecting a call. I instead received an email and had to ask questions there. I was a couple (literally) short on the price of the car I was interested in. Wasn't offered any other options, I had to be the one to twist him arm to get him to try to sell me a car. In the end I decided it wasn't worth my time since the dealer obviously did not want my business. Only giving one star due to quick responses.

No response to my inquire about a BMW they had advertised on cars.com. I am seriously looking to replace my daily driver which was totaled by someone else recently.

I've been there and it is not a place where i would purchase a car.

My experience at KNB was smooth, simple and a pleasure. Exquisite customer service, very well spoken and helpful gentlemen! Cars are in good condition as well.

Me and my husband had a great experience with Auto Showcase. We bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from them and loved the dealership and Paul our sales man. We will be buying our son a car in the next year and will do business again with KNB Motors.

Had a very good experience buying a car from them. The dealer was really nice and had his facts right about the cars he owns. I bought a nissan altima from them so far so good.
