Purchased a rebuilt Honda Civic from Vlad. Very transparent transaction, he was upfront about the car and the repairs. Very easy to deal with on work I wanted done prior to purchasing, and very direct and accurate as to how long it would take. Over-all a good experience, the car was just as advertised.

I went in today (on a Saturday) and there were only two people working. Myself and one other family was there looking to purchase. When I went to see the SUV I was interested in buying I could see scratch marks all over it but he said it was only dirt. Once I opened the door it smelt all musty. It had to be in some type of flood/water damage. I asked for a Carfax report and he said he doesn't offer those. I gave him the keys back and as I walked away the garage was open and you could see a bunch of cars that had been in bad accidents. BEWARE!!! I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. I can't even believe they're open.

Called about a Prius and the woman said it was there and to stop by. When we got there it had been “damaged in a flood” and the radio/steering column had been removed. Wasted trip

Terrible customer service very rude they didn’t want to give me a car fax report they said they don’t have it and come to find out the vehicle was totaled and bought from a auction and they didn’t even want to negotiate they said take it or leave it I’m sorry very unprofessional I would highly recommend everyone that goes there do not waste your time all the cars are involved in a accident unbelievable....

No one approached me ... I stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes before I walked in to even ask a question and it seemed like everyone was just too busy . I asked to take a look at the of the vehicles and they said go ahead . It’s open .

This is the second car I have purchased from KNB. I will never go to another dealership. They are phenomenal. I have referred two friends to buy here who have also loved it. The sales guy are amazing. Nick specifically made this visit extra spectacular.

I just purchased a vehicle yesterday form here what a great experience I didn’t feel pressure to make a purchase sales staff was just awesome very knowledgeable and fun to work with! They put me in my dream truck and didn’t stop working to get me a great deal! You can’t go wrong here definitely a one stop shop for a vehicle hands down best in town!
