She never pushed, worked with me on color, price, financing and made sure I was happy with my decisions. Everyone who works at KNB Motors is welcoming and accommodating. I was desperately looking for a BMW 5 series manual transmission. Went to a dealer in Villa Park the car was a complete junk. So as I was driving home ran into KNB . As soon as I walked in was greeted by salesman Rudy. To sum up a long story they had the car I wanted. Within a hour I was done with the whole process. Excellent place to do business with. Great customer service and great inventory to fit every budget. Thanks KNB and Rudy you guys rock....!

I went there on Saturday looking for a car for my daughter. After looking at about three cars she fell in love with a Chrysler 200. The sales guy Rudy was excellent very patient and courteous. The finance manager Juanita was very nice and got us a great APR rate. KNB you guys are great I will recommend my friends and family.

Highly recommend KnbMotors! I unexpectedly need to buy a car and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for but Vlad was fantastic at finding me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. Vlad and his coworkers worked quick and efficiently to get me in my new car and on my way. Would definitely buy from them again!

TERRIBLE!!!! Looked and test drove the van and had a knocking in front of it, was told they would fix it and when I went to pick it up it still had the noise, they took it for a week to fix it and CHARGED me for it after I already put a down pymt down and bank approval. Also, when papers were signed they up the price $500 for a bank fee.. OWNER is very rude!!!! This place is a rip off - NEXT REPORT IS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

We didn't buy a vehicle at KNB Motors but I am writing my review for our salesperson Vlad. He did a great job showing us vehicles we wanted to look at and other vehicles that he thought might be a good fit. Out of all of the dealerships I visited during this buying experience, Vlad was by far the best salesperson that I worked with. I really wish there would have been a good fit for us there.

I was greeted by Salesman Vlad who was personable and had lots of patience with me because he brought several cars out and I wasn't too happy with them. The last one was perfect for me and Vlad said he wanted me to be happy with my choice of car. Well, he did it and was pleasant all through the process. I have bought several cars throughout the years from KNB Motors and I must say that they have been consistent with excellent customer service.
