Took car in because needed oil service and check engine light on. $1300 later still getting a notice that says ?change oil soon? and the check engine light is still on. My car was there for 2 days.

Worst service I ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment and ask them how long it’ll take for my oil change and tire rotation. They told me it’ll be done in two hours. I came back in two hours, and my car was still parked in the same spot. I replied to the text for updates and asked how much longer my car will be done. They told me my car was already done and I was ready for pick up. I told the person at the counter. How could it be done if it’s still in the same place I parked it, then he said oh my bad they’ll get it right in and should be done another two hours. At this time I was pissed because I told him I had to be somewhere. I had the same issue last time I brought it in for service. I made an appointment and when I came back around two hours later, they still did not touch my vehicle so I had to take it to another dealer . The only reason I went back is because I paid for the oil change and rotation when I bought the vehicle, but I will not be taking my car back there again.

I have two cars need to be serviced So I took them both one after one to San Diego Jeep 2023 wrangler 4xe and 2023 grand Cherokee 4xe and that when I met with Kathleen the service advisor. she was awesome, experience, and a great customer service. I really appreciate it. San Diego Jeep and I highly recommend it.🍾🥂🥂

Jeep did not know how to fix my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Jeep did not know how to fix my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The exact wording was we refuse to work on the car "please take to an electrician shop, they might know better on this issue". I still got charged $1,100 for fixes, Jeep cooperation could not advise on the fixes either.
