When my vehicle was returned to me, the plastic cover was still on the driver seat and the paper mat was still on the floor. Both should’ve been removed. . Both should’ve been removed. Also the little sticker that tells me when I am due for my next service was stapled onto my invoice, not placed on my inside windshield.

Came in for a routine oil change at this Toyota dealership. While I appreciate the effort of sending a video update of the work, the experience left me more confused than reassured. The mechanic in the video was difficult to understand, and mariachi music was blaring in the background—making it hard to focus on what he was saying. I’m all for personality, but when it comes to car maintenance, clarity and professionalism go a long way.
