I was a sold used Toyota Tacoma supposedly Certified

I was a sold used Toyota Tacoma supposedly Certified Gold. It was delivered with multible defects and they will not call me back. There is no way it was inspected. The damage includes a bent frame, melted electrical components and an improperly replaced bumper. Not to mention 9 other documented defects. AND THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK OR RETURN AN EMAIL.

I purchased a 2025 Toyota Crown from Toyota of The Desert

I purchased a 2025 Toyota Crown from Toyota of The Desert in August 2024 & started having problems with the vehicle shortly after the sale. I experienced starting problems the back up camera failed to come on from time to time while backing up difficulty getting the vehicle in neutral while entering a car wash the fuel tank only taking ten gallons of gas after being on exact empty and not being able to get my phone to connect to the vehicle connect system after numerous employees attempted trying to connect my phone. I was referred to a Manager when I told a sales manager I wanted my money back. The manager I spoke with about getting my money back refused. In conclusion the Connect System in the vehicle was never mentioned during the sales process and no one asked me if I wanted the vehicle connected to it prior to driving off after the purchase. And no one bothered to ask me about the type and age of my phone durning the sales process in order to prevent the in ability of later being unable to connect to the system. I complained to both the Service Department & Sales Department that I did not want the Connect feature in the car and I was told by a Service Department employee that the Connect feature had to be installed or things like my Navigation System would not work. I later found out that was not true. So I say Buyer be wary as I was sold a new vehicle that had a number of problems and had a system that I was never told about and did not have a phone that could connect to it and had I known about it I would have never purchased the vehicle! I believe I was not treated fairly was not listened to and lied to about having a feature I did not want as Toyota sold this service to you after a period of time. So I was being scamed! Toyota probably felt they could get away with this because I am a Senior Citizen but I intend to go after them Legally and get every bit of my money back! I am posting this hoping that it serves as a warning and that others do not have to go threw this terrible ordeal as I did because it is traumatic and the management at Toyota of The Desert did not give a xxxx about what this cost me! l

Jesiel Patricio always makes sure my visits are

Jesiel Patricio always makes sure my visits are excellent! Always explains what will be done and what was done. I have maintenance contract with Lexus but I prefer to keep going to Toyota so Jesiel and his team can take care of my 2 Lexus suvs. Overall the customer service is always amazing!

My favorite service advisor Jesiel is always there for

My favorite service advisor Jesiel is always there for both my Lexus SUVs. Always explains what work will be done and has been done, and updates me if anything is needed. Him and his team make sure my service visit is always excellent. I have maintenance at Lexus but I prefer to go to the Toyota dealer as the customer service is better.

Toyota of the desert 👎🏼

Toyota of the Desert👎🏼 Spent $6000+ for a low mileage engine, same car later spent then $3000+ for another so-called repair for my car to be undrivable when I drove it home, can’t reverse, drives on a high pitched sound. Mechanics are not repairing but ripping people off. Please Do not go to Toyota of the Desert 🌵
