My service experience is not yet completed. Don Flint was excellent, Dee in financing was excellent. Nate who delivered my vehicle was excellent. The reason I say my sales experience is not completed is that I did not receive my tags and registration. I spoke with Sherry Knight and she is working on all of that. I am enjoying my Ruby Red California Special GT Mustang. Thanks Crossroads.

Staff was excellent. All very friendly. Gave me an estimated time for the car to be ready and delivered ahead of time. Went inside to look at new cars for the spouse, and Cliff was awesome. Can't wait to come back again

Exceptional service !! Carlyn provided a very pleasant customer experience, and went the extra mile and had a flat fixed for me that appeared as I was leaving the service center. I will be back. An added plus is the convenience of a diner in the building next door !!! :)

The Cross Road sales staff is very responsive.
Problem: The F-150 rear seat right side panel stitched seam started unraveling within two weeks after purchased. I have not received a satisfactory replacement response yet from your dealership.
