Dear MINI Portland, I'd like to express my biggest thanks to your service staff (one male and one female named Andrew? Sorry I'm not sure about their names) who helped me through on 11/24, the night after Thanksgiving. I'm a MINI owner from Seattle and I was on my trip back to Seattle from Portland when my car had an emergency alternator problem. I came to the store immediately after I discovered the unusual burnt smell and made it to the store before it closed though it's already too late and couldn't schedule a service right after. However, just when I decided to take a risk driving back to Seattle with a crappy sound of car, they two showed up and offered quick and professional inspection on the car. They even stayed up until 11pm to fully renovate my car with care and patience. The female even offered option for trading the car and connected me with a salesperson (later two females helped me find potential new cars as well as finance solutions, they also stayed with me until 9:30pm). Fortunately, they repaired my car and I drove back to Seattle successfully. I really really appreciated their sincere service and time. Please do give them a credit to show this precious work spirit. Everything was exceptional and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The ONLY thing that could be improved is how long the process takes, there was just a lot of waiting. It took us about 3.5 hours and we walked in knowing which car we wanted... otherwise awesome, I love mini!

I came in for my oil change and the service team was able to simultaneously do the recall repair, which I hadn't intended. The service team was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was on my way well within the expected time they had projected. Thank you, Mini of Portland for the great job!
