MINI maintenance

Josh was super helpful with my maintenance for my mini. It was my first time visiting this dealership and I felt like my mini was a part of the Portland family. Great service!

Service with a Fireplace and Coffee!

I recently moved to the great Pacific Northwest from southern California and had only dealt with the dealership from which I purchased my 2013 Mini Cooper S. I must say I am delighted with the fabulous service I received while waiting for my Mini to be diagnosed and fixed. From beginning to end the experience was kind, considerate, and informative. The coffee in the lounge area is better than Starbucks or Peets! The fireplace in the customer lounge is a nice touch. Everyone smiled and was courteous to me.

Tricky repair

I had a problem with my JCW Pro Exhaust. The service department spent a considerable amount of time tracking down the source of the problem and then fixing it. I appreciate their persistence.

Earl Bond mini owner

I have had two different experience for the last two services, the first service my car went missing for an hour, found an employee took it out for lunch and a drive! Then when I asked for the location of my car I was lied to and they said it was being washed, car showed back up unwashed parked out front. I was so angry that this took place, it felt like my car was stolen then returned. The second time for service it was very good, the person I worked with was great and my car only had 5 miles on it for test drive after service. I am still on the fence about recommending friends to by a mini, but trust is earned and you are moving in the right direction.
