THEFT OF ITEMS FROM VEHICLE

THEFT FROM VEHICLE! The temperature sensor on my 2021 q5 hybrid failed when I was about 7 miles from this dealer. The service advisor I dealt w/Samantha was great even though the part would take 10 days to arrive and there was no loaner for a week, she booked it for me for the next week. Unfortunately, they ended up keeping my car for 3 weeks (not her fault). BUT when I got my car home, two brand new expensive bathroom fixtures were missing from my trunk. I called twice and a service advisor apologized and said they would call me back they did not. After a third call I was said the GM would call me back. Finally the service manager, Blanca Simpson called me to say this was the first she was hearing of it, and that this does not happen at their dealership. I said it happened to me and she said she had checked the video and found nothing. I asked if she had checked 3 weeks worth of video and she proceeded to repeat over and over that 'this does not happen at our dealership'. It was a useless, unprofessional attempt to cover themselves for something that is inexcusable.

Last week my wife and I experienced, hands down, one of the best car leasing experiences that we have ever had. The folks at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus NJ were professional, efficient and courteous throughout the entire process. As you may be aware leasing or buying an automobile can be a very frustrating and emotional experience. Right from the start my wife’s interactions over the phone as well as through email with our salesperson Edward Carter were very pleasant. Due to a very busy work schedule we didn’t have much time to come in in person and Ed went the extra mile to handle all negotiations before we came in. Kimberly Medina, sales manager, went above and beyond to meet our numbers. She was very straightforward and there was no beating around the bush. Next came our in person interaction which could have not been more pleasant. The level of professionalism everyone demonstrated was impressive. Finally, our meeting with the financial manager, Ji (Andy) Kim, could not have been better. All in all, I would not hesitate in giving them the highest recommendation.

David Webster is excellent. We purchased 2 cars from him. He was kind, helpful, and experienced. He answered all our questions thoroughly and went over every detail. We left happy and satisfied! I recommend David to anyone who is willing to buy a car.

Decided to surprise my wife with her 1st car. Ed Carter and team made the process very smooth and easy and catered to my needs. They all were professional and paid attention to every detail. Leased car same day and they even helped with surprising my wife as she came thinking she was meeting me elsewhere. Ty Ed & crew. You guys were all a blessing to work with.

What an AMAZING experience!!! Ed Carter is a car guy and made it happen from Hello. He made me feel like the dealership's most important customer at all times and never gave me the typical salesman BS or tried to rip me off. In fact made sure I got the best deal and made sure I was completely satisfied from begining to end. NO BS dealer fees like other dealerships slip in.
