Dolly Costa is by far the most excellent sales person I

Dolly Costa is by far the most excellent sales person I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. She made buying a car so much more pleasurable than it has been in the past. She is personable, courteous, professional and knowledgeable on each and every vehicle and product in the Audi lineup. I highly recommend her at this dealership! Both Dolly and management ensued that everything was to perfection and that each and every customer was completely satisfied with their purchase even with all of my last minute changes. They handled everything flawlessly. 5stars

Dolly costa is the best sales advisor.

Dolly costa is the best sales advisor. This is my second Audi from jack daniels. Everyone there is very helpful. No pressure whatsoever. Love dealing with them and love my S5 convertible!

Dolly was the best salesperson in all my years of buying

Dolly was the best salesperson in all my years of buying a vehicle. She does what is fair and honest. It's nice to have an advocate with you when working with a dealership. She listens to your demands and exceeds the customer expection. She over delivers to the customer I can honestly say I will recommend my friends to deal with her. Dolly helped me purchase my new s5 sportback-she went above and beyond locating and securing the car of my dream, which I did not think would be red interior until she sold me on; I love it!! Pick up was a breeze and a fun experience!! Thank you dolly and team!!

Just purchased a 2023 E Tron S Sportback, and my experience could not have been better. Honest communication, dedicated time, fair pricing made this experience far different than other car buying times. In today's economic climate, it was a pleasure. I world recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Ready to pick up the car and dealer informs that the car was sold couple of days before. The minimum is to inform the client especially when you have spent a full week working on the details, they didn’t even care to call prior to the delivery day. Very unprofessional don’t waste your time with them.

Marco Vieira, we are so sorry about your experience. We strive to achieve excellence but we have failed at doing so here. As much as we understand and appreciate you taking the time to post this, we have to be fair in pointing out that our salesman pushed since Tuesday for a deposit to mark this car sold. You were not ready and even at one point said if this doesn't work it is no problem and was not meant to be. Throughout the week, you were holding off waiting on tires from another dealer for your trade in. During this time our salesman asked you every single day if you wanted to move forward in which you were not ready to move forward with a deposit. Finally late yesterday with our programs/deals expiring you said you were good to go. You finally sent the deposit and paperwork back at 7pm AFTER WE CLOSED for the day and unfortunately the car had just sold to a lady who walked into the showroom for that specific S5 Cabriolet just a couple hours prior. Our team should have absolutely called you as soon as this happened and we sincerely apologize we didn't do that until the following morning. But please keep in mind we gave warning this can happen as we could not mark the car sold without a deposit and we pushed you to finalize this deal everyday for almost a week for this exact reason. Once again we are sorry and we hope when you (or the internet) look back at the events here, you can see we did our best to prevent this exact situation.

Thanks Marco. We apologize for the inconvenience. Luis was already on his way home as we close at 6pm and made a mistake as he didn't realize someone had sold the car an hour prior. It was a genuine mistake. As you and I discussed Luis had been asking you for a deposit for a week and you held off. You even mentioned if the car sells it is ok.. But then it did sell and you wrote these reviews. Thanks and best of luck in the future. - Tal

Tal Vander, your sales rep Luis Perez sent a text at 6pm saying we had a deal and even answered “you are all set for tomorrow” after confirming receipt of all the paperwork. Luis had been very helpful all week and it is unfortunate that at that point he was selling a car already gone and he had no idea. I was never told that it was too late. Your customers should be aware that “ we have a deal” and “ you are all set for tomorrow” texts received from your sales might not mean much.

Ready to pick up new car and …

Spent a week finalizing a deal. Ready to pick it up and dealer calls me to inform me that car was just sol. Car being sold away is normal but dealer not caring to inform me is shows little care about his customers. Don’t waste your time with them.

Extremely polite and helpful when it comes to buying the

Extremely polite and helpful when it comes to buying the car. But the unprofessionalism shown by the staff when it came to doing the service was astonishing. They mocked BMW for having sub par customer service, but boasted how excellent there services are. My phone calls were not answered, no follow ups, and lie after lie. I was told the car would be ready same day. It’s 4 days later, and now all of a sudden they don’t have the parts. And the general manager was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Extremely disappointed.
