Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus

We were not 100% sure what car we were looking for over the past month. One that always caught our eye was an Audi Q5 Sportback, but we were just not sure. Dealing with various car sales people at different dealers (all makes) we have to say that dealing with Dolly over at Jack Daniel’s Audi was the easiest experience we have ever had. Any thing we ask she was straight forward and answered every question. Never pressured us or ignored (whether it was through email or in person) us. We decided to purchase the Audi because of our experience with her. When we arrived to finalize the deal their internet was down so it took a bit more time sign everything. While her team worked in the back ground to get the paperwork printed at a different location due to no internet, she took the opportunity to introduce us to their service team and go over the details of the car. Even though we waited quite a bit extra because of the internet problem she still made it one of our best experiences. If you are in the market for an Audi this is the place to go. I would definitely ask for Dolly as well!

I recently purchased a car from Jack Daniels Paramus. From my first contact, I found the dealership to be very helpful and accommodating. Luis Perez was my sales representative. He was very responsive/personable and professional. They were attentive, without being overly pushing me into a sale. I live several hours from the location. They really did everything possible ahead of time to make sure that my purchase visit was completed in a very short time. Each and every person we dealt with, really did a fabulous job of making this a positive experience. I do highly recommend this dealership and Luis Perez as a sales representative, based upon my purchase this week.

When you have a superb experience at a car dealership, it must be recognized! David Webster, the Audi Brand Specialist I worked with, was knowledgeable, responsive, patient as can be, personable and genuine. His 'no pressure' style, and his encouragement to "shop around", won my trust and helped to seal the deal. Tal Vander, the General manager, had the same approach, and insured the numbers worked for me. Lastly, Farid Ferdowski the Technologist did a thorough job explaining the mechanics of the car to me, answered my follow up phone calls immediately, helped with troubleshooting, and all with a fabulous sense of humor! I highly recommend this dealership!!

Dolly, I cant tell you what a great experience we had dealing with you. This particular car lease was not easy……………. Between our pickiness and the state of the industry with non chips, you have somehow made a frustrating experience a more than pleasant one.
