Everyone at the dealership was very professional. They were quick to follow up without being overbearing. Luis and Tal were very responsive to all of our questions. The dealership was able to source us the car we wanted, even though there was very little inventory in the region. We were very impressed with the culture at Jack Daniels Audi, where the sales relationship doesn’t end when you drive off the proverbial lot. The next day, it seemed like the entire staff called or emailed to see if we had any questions and how we were enjoying our new car.

I decided to service my Audi at Jack Daniels recently and
I decided to service my Audi at Jack Daniels recently and had a terrible experience that I wanted to share with others considering service here. What was a really positive experience with Adrien B. (he wad the best!) soured quickly. I got the car back with long scratches on the hood, door, and trunk, none of which were there when I dropped the car to them. I spoke with the Service Manager Joe, who was nice and seemed concerned. He offered to buff the scratches out but I did not feel comfortable having my car there anymore. As the service department charges $200 per hour, I expect them to leave my car in as good or better condition than when it arrived. The dealership doesn't offer loaners or even wash your car, both of which other nearby Audi dealerships do. The poor ratings and reviews are consistent with other reviews in that management clearly does not have a good handle on the systemic issues- they are either ignorance or incapable.

I had a problem that need a quick resolution because I
I had a problem that need a quick resolution because I was traveling for work. I called my own dealer and the best they could do was two weeks. My car was not drivable. I called Paramus at 6pm with a problem and they said just come in first thing in the morning. An hour later they diagnosed the problem and the next day the car was repaired. Great service. Pleasant and easy.

Incredible is the least I can say about this dealership! We were referred to come to Jack Daniels by a dear friend; from the moment we arrived, my husband and I were treated with the utmost respect. Dolly is truly a GEM! I was completely apprehensive about purchasing a car, and after talking and going on a couple of test drives, my mind was set to ease.
