From start to finish, Dolly was an absolute dream to work with! I credit Dolly with making this experience both rewarding and enjoyable. Given this was my first leased vehicle, I was unsure what to expect principally around process and procedure. As such, Dolly willingness to provide around-the-clock assistance was greatly appreciated. Also, with health/safety concerns at an all-time high, Dolly's white-glove approach was immediately noticed and truly appreciated. One thing to note about Dolly is: she does not make false promises. For example, Dolly insisted on providing me with pictures and videos of the car, prior to submitting a holding-deposit. However, despite the inconvenience, Dolly ensured the my request was met and by 8:00PM EST, I had ample pictures/videos, of my pending investment. (NOTE: The car was at the warehouse, making it inaccessible to Dolly until after standard working hours). Throughout this process, I was made to feel empowered, which enabled me to make an informed decision, that has brought me great personal satisfaction. Thanks again Dolly!
