Today I leased my 3rd Audi from Tal Vander and this incredible dealership. I drove 350 miles 2.5 years ago to lease my 2nd Audi from Tal. When I leased my first Audi, I had just got one from another dealership when 3 weeks later, it was totaled in a flash flood. That dealership was heartless when I needed to get another. That's when I met Tal to see if you could help me. Not only was Tal amazing, but he said the car I wanted would take a few months to get, so in the meantime, loaned me an Audi several levels above the one I was buying. This was so I could get the color I wanted straight from Germany, with 0.00 miles on the OD when I picked it up. That's what Tal does for his customers. After you buy your first car from Tal, you really don't want to go anywhere else. Why would you? He goes out of his way to make you feel special. His customer service, knowledge the cars, care for customers and honesty make him an invaluable partner when buying your next car. Tal stays in touch with you throughout the year, and I don't think it's ever been more than 10 minutes that I wait to get a response from Tal when I text him. I will buy my car whenever Tal goes. His team, including Anthony Krizni, Chris Wagner, and Farid (who literally wrote the book on how to operate your Audi) are exceptional. When I left the dealership, I heard Tal say, "Does she have a smile on her face?" Yes I do.

I went to this dealership less than hour before closing just to browse and I ended up signing that night. I was treated so warmly by everyone I encountered. I was introduced to Gent when I walked in, who let me check out some of the vehicles I was interested in and I even got to test drive the A4 which is the car I chose at the end. It was close to closing time and I never once felt rushed. He was extremely patient with me and knowledgeable on all the vehicles I was interested in. We sat down to discuss numbers and he was willing to work with his manager Melanie on a price I just couldn’t refuse. It was a beautiful car for an awesome price. Gent even went above and beyond making sure I got the car with the colors and specs I wanted. I’ve had the car for two days and I absolutely love it. After dealing with Audi Meadowlands for three years I wasn’t even sure I wanted to stick with Audi but after stopping at Audi Paramus and meeting Gent I have regained confidence in Audi once again. In all the years I’ve been driving and all the different dealerships and sales rep, this by far was the best car dealer experience.

I received great friendly service from the team who helped me throughout the purchase. I felt that the interaction was genuine, respectful, and not pushy or shifty.

Usually hate dealing with dealers, but came in with a number and was done with the deal in twenty minutes. They found the car I wanted and delivered ahead of schedule
