Our sales rep, Chris W, even brought the car I was considering to my home so my husband could test drive it as he has a hectic work schedule. Was in the market for a pre-owned A3 for my daughters. Was fortunate that Terry Axel answered the phone when I called Jack Daniels. From our first conversation, to follow up calls, to a number of meetings, Terry provided outstanding customer service. He knew what I was looking for and kept searching for me/us. He stayed in touch with me (as did Tal and Dolly) and kept me posted and updated. When a car became available I test drove it and followed up with Terry and sales manager Tim Mickens. Both worked with me, ensured that all issues would be addressed, were very patient, and did their best to assist me /us in every way possible. They made the car buying process as easy as possible. I felt that they, and the dealership, provided first-class service. We were always greeted and never felt pressured. Staff was always courteous, helpful, and attentive. From the moment I / we walked in the door to the moment that Farid took the time to explain the vehicle to me the experience was positive. I will recommend Terry, Tim, and this dealership to others.

Terry Axel and Anthony (the finance guy) were both very professional and easy to work with. The team was flexible with their hours and even stayed late to get me into my new S4! I recommend stopping at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus next time you're shopping for a new vehicle.

Today I was leaving the school parking lot, after dropping my son. An SUV came really FAST which I couldn’t see on time as I was backing up. The safety features in my car saved me from a collision. Most car buying experiences are middling at best and offensive at worst. My wife and I came in on a Saturday for a test drive. And walked away the following Friday with the exact car we hoped to walk away with. Hugh and Tal were both exceptional from start to finish. No funny business. Straightforward and consistent communication. The day we can in for paper work and to pick up, the team worked incredibly seamlessly moving us between transferring our insurance, getting all the tech setup, the papers signed and demos of our new cars features. It really couldn't possibly be any easier or painless.
