Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus

I had a wonderful experience at Jack Daniels Audi, Jim was very knowledgeable about the Audi a4 I was looking into. He was patient with me and really wanted me to make sure I was choosing the right car for me. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to go there and become part of the Audi family. I would give Jim and the rest of the staff at jack denials a rating of 100% excelence on all aspects of purchasing a car, from the beginning of showing me all that the A4 has to offer to the ease of filling out paperwork for signing the lease. Everything went very smooth and simple. I could not be happier with my choice to go there for my audi.

So disorganized and as the subject says, they twice sold me a car just to find out they were already sold. Played the typical dealer negotiation games which made the experience annoying and time consuming. When they told me that they wouldn't be able to get me the car that I wanted, I went to another dealer that went above and beyond to get me the car for cheaper.

This is my second Audi from Jack Daniels. Going to Jack Daniels is the most pleasant experience I ever had in buying or leaseing a car. Am over 60 years old I've either purchased SUVS or Cars from GM, Chrysler or Nissan. The finance person Terence Taggart was very supportive of my Wife and My needs. My salesman Joseph Sinatra was GREAT, from my lease document to the operation of the car was done in detail. Mr Soloman Faizi is the reason I have my second Audi. The first time Mr Faizi made it so pleasant for us their was know way I wasn't coming back again. Mr Faizi is a gentleman, but most of all he knows the Audi product line. What ever I needed to ask, he answered. Mr Faizi is the BEST he made my Wife and my self feel like family. He recognized us from the first Lease over 2 years ago. It just makes it easier to purchase a product when you have a representative like Mr Faizi. As long as Mr Faizi is working for Jack Daniels I will be a Audi customer. To summarize this I Love MY Audi, The dealership Jack Daniels is The BEST. But with out Mr Solomon Faizi their is NO DEAL Mr Faizi is EXCELLENT. Scott D.

My sales representative, Tal, is exceptional. His expertise and advice were invaluable in helping me select the perfect vehicle. Searching for a specific car on car gurus led me to Jack Daniels Motors. My online inquiry was answered immediately. Quincey was personable from the onset. He even waited for me to arrive from an eight hour drive back to the tri-state to test driive the car. I went in knowing what I wanted and had the financing already it was just a matter of sealing the deal and Quincey facilitated it seamlessly. He is a gem to work with.
