Gary Price and JimSimon, and Mr. Franco did a great job. The time spent with the paperwork person (Finance) is usually unpleasant because it is their job to sell additional products. Gary made the process as easy as possible. He is a great guy. I plan to go back and buy some of the offerings. Jim was super, as well, helping me out because Mr. Franco was away. The dealership itself, I really nicely done. Peter Mineo made me want to start bringing my car there for service. Everyone I dealt with had a great attitude, including the gentleman who helped with the mats. All in all, a great experience.

This dealership was recommended by a friend and so my wife and I traveled 250 miles to visit the car of my dreams. I received great service and car from this dealership. Paul is absolutely wonderful and made our first Porsche buying experience a success. He is insightful and knowledgeable. Meanwhile, Gary made the purchase of the vehicle a smooth process. Although his affable personality was a delight, more importantly Gary procured a fantastic financing option for us. He is very talented in finding the right product at the right time. I look forward to our next purchase.

My first encounters with Porsche (at other dealerships) were less than stellar so I was a bit turned off at the outset as I began my search for a new Porsche Macan. After these initial attempts I decided try to Jack Daniels Porsche in search of our new Porsche Macan, I wanted to regain my faith in Porsche and have the best possible experience, Jack Daniels Porsche and their employees provided just that for our family. My sales professional, Paul Majeune was the best! Incredibly knowledgeable about the Porsche brand and the Macan vehicle in particular, he guided me through the build expertly and was always available to me throughout the process. Patient and a real joy to work with. Big George was another professional in the line of those we we worked with and he was fair and forthright, I knew where I stood in terms of our trade in thanks to him. The Finance Manager Gary Price was stellar. Again Gary walked me through my options, answered any questions that I had and put together a detailed and comprehensive package for my vehicle. When it came time to finalize, Gary had all the paperwork in order and squared away which made what could be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. David Chais was also in on the deal and again did everything to accommodate and support us as we anticipated the arrival of our new car. Let me not forget Donna the receptionist, what a joy interacting with her, she couldn't have been more accommodating in every aspect and was always upbeat and professional. These are some great folks you have working for you at jack Daniels Porsche, simply put I suspect one of the main reasons Jack Daniels Porsche is such a great dealership is because of these wonderful folks who share a common professionalism and work ethic. Courtesy and professionalism beyond what I could reasonably expect marked my Jack Daniels experience. This was the second Panamera I bought from David Chais. He knows the car inside and out. He was direct and to the point about price without the usual haggle factor. I shopped around and he clearly gave me the best deal yet also gave me the best service I could possibly expect. I was in the market to purchase/lease a new car and although I am a late 30s female professional, having recently divorced, this was the first time I was ensuing this process on my own. I started my day by going into the Porsche dealership closest to my house (Englewood) and was ignored and directly told they were too busy to help me and I should come back later. That said, they were very helpful and available to every man that walked in the door. I left in frustration and found my way to Jack Daniels where I was immediately & warmly greeted by Paul Majeune. Paul spent an extensive amount of time with me as we discussed the options and he was thorough in his explanations. Paul walked me thru the various prices step by step and was very transparent in terms of how he was getting to the different numbers. I am now a proud driver of a Panamara. I would highly recommend Jack Daniels and Paul specifically to anyone in the market for a Porsche.

I was exvery satisfied with my most recent purchase from Jack Daniels Porsche. I have recently purchase a new MACAN S. During the process both Chris and Gary were very patient and accommodating. I had changed my mind about leasing to purchase after the papers were ready and again changed my mind about which car I wanted (due to certain features I realized I really wanted), and both times Gary did not blink once and readily assisted me in my decision. I have purchased many an auto and sometimes have felt I had to settle somehow, whether on availability or price. This time, that did not happen at all, Thanks Gary and Chris.

On Saturday May 10th, I decided to visit Jack Daniels Motors on my quest for a Porsche Cayman. Knowing the dealer groups impeccable reputation for customer service, I felt confident that I was shopping at the right place. Entering the impressive showroom, I was quickly greeted by receptionist. She was very cordial and introduced me to the General Manager Evan Gemma. After a conversation with Evan, I realized his knowledge of Porsche was very extensive. He then introduced me to his associate Anthony Antoniello, but remained completely available to me. I began discussing my needs and wants with Anthony. He was a true professional, answering all my questions and keeping mind of the time. He quickly had a car brought out for a test drive. At this point, I had driven the car and was ready to talk numbers. Anthony then introduced me to Gary Price who would be handling the finance end. I sat with Gary and immediately felt very comfortable. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Porsche financial products. He understood my financial needs and offered me attractive options to meet them. At this point, all I needed to do was come back next week for delivery. Throughout the week, I had several more questions for Anthony and Gary who were quickly to respond. Again, making me feel more confident that I chose the best dealership. Saturday finally came and I was very excited to become a Porsche customer. I was meet by Anthony and Evan who once again made me feel very comfortable. Anthony reviewed the car with me and then walked me over to Gary. All the paperwork was ready for me to review and sign. I bought my first porsche from Lou. I have been driving only Mercedeses before, and wasn't sure i would want or enjoy a porsche when my husband brought me to the dealership. Lou was very knowledgeable and detailed describing various options, and recommending what i would need based on my questions and requests. he found a car exactly the way i wanted, and had it delivered very quickly. all around, a very happy experience.
