Jack Daniels Porsche

I am from Montreal, Quebec, and was on my way down to Florida since last Saturday July 25th with my Boxter 2013 when my transmission starting acting up again for the 2nd time in three days. Road assistance towed again my car this time to Jack Daniels and I was treated like I had bought my car there. Curtis Aldershof, Martin Field and Chris Dodin were all awesome... The problem on my transmission was intermittent so Chris drove it for 3 hours to reproduce the problem... Curtis help me with Road Assistance to make sure that I would be on my way to Florida that next day with a rental, my car will be shipped by transport on Monday August 3rd and should get here by Thursday !! Next year I am buying another Porsche and without hesitation I will come down to NJ to buy it !

Cannot say enough good things about Jack Daniels! I called to check on a car spoke with Marty Field. He arranged a test drive that fit my tight schedule. Ended up buying a different car than the one I test drove. They have a great inventory. This was my first Porsche so I was a bit nevours. Marty was great. We talked all things Porsche, discussed some options, and finally we went through the purchase. I am almost 3 hours away, the process was seamless. I look forward to driving my Porsche and will be back to Jack Daneil's motors when I get ready to move up!

Curtis Jermaine, great guy to deal with, straight to the point, courteous, factual and pleasant business sense. I made my deal through phone calls and there was never a time where he made me feel it was a fishing expedition. Answered all my queries even when I repeated questions and satisfied me. Puchasing my Boxer at Jack Daniels was a very pleasant expeience, especially because of the excellent sales representative I was fortunate to have. Mr. Marin Field guided me through the selection options without me feeling pressured in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles shown to me and made sure I had all the answers I needed.

when you entered the showroom you are received cordially & asked what the neede are.I dealt with a particular gentleman named David Kramer.One of the most patient,cordial salesman.After the deal was made,the sales manager of the dealership came personally to ask if everything was done well & if we had any problems or questions.Every salesman made sure that everything was explained to us in every detail possible.No stone was unturned.The dealer sent us a car to pick us up from a distance of30-35 miles without hesitation.No questions asked.Not many dealers do that.The finance manager,the service department everybody was cordial & wanting to work with you.The atmosphere is so informal & friendly that one feels at home.In few words recommend people to definitely visit here,you will automatically come out buying.

In the past, bringing my car to a dealer for repairs has not done much to build dealership or brand loyalty. After all, a car is not supposed to need repairs. If something has gone wrong its certainly not going to make me loyal to the brand.. On the other hand, when problems arise and things don't go as you expect, I really learn what a company is made of. I recently had a performance problem with my 2005 Cayenne Turbo. I made the mistake of bringing the Cayenne to my neighborhood service garage. Its a great garage that I've used for years, and they only charge $75/hr for labor. The problem turned out to be with my fuel pump, and the complete bill came to $595. I left the same day and the car was running great! Until it started stalling, four day later. It would only run for 20 seconds then stall. This time I brought it to Jack Daniels Porsche. The service representative Brooks, has to be one of the most personable, friendly, and helpful reps I have ever worked with. He squeezed me into the schedule, fixed me up with a great loaner car, and promised to call me within a day. Brooks did what he said he would, he called and explained that the car was out of gas. This was a shock because the garage read half full. It seems that the neighborhood service garage had tangled the gas tank sensor with a harness, and while my gauge read half-full, the tank was empty. The sensor was fixed, so I asked Brooks to take care of a couple of other things. While the additional repair process proved more complicated than I had hoped, it gave me a chance to meet Chris Dodin, the service manager. Things sometimes do go wrong, its just the way life is. But when things go "wrong" it gives a company an opportunity to show why they are a good company. They get a chance to exceed your expectations, and as I've learned, that builds loyalty. My experience in dealing with Chris Dodin, has done more to build loyalty to the Jack Daniels dealership, in to the Porsche brand. In the past, I've purchased all my new Porsches from different dealerships and I've used the closest dealership to perform my service. Chris Dodin changed all this. I will buy a new Porsche soon, probably a diesel Cayenne. As long as Chrs Dodin is still employed at Jack Daniels, I will continue to buy and service all of my cars right here. Thank you Chris.

I found a 2014 panamera for sale on cars.com and it was over at jack daniels porsche. This is my first porsche and i didnt know how things were gonna go. As soon i walked into jack daniels, i was greeted with courtesy and made me feel at home. Then i was introduced to dave, and everything was magic from there. We test drove the panamera, met our price, and i became a porsche owner in less than an hour! I havent been to a dealership where i can purchase a vehicle so easily with comfort like jack daniels. This will be the only place i would buy my car from now on and whoever is not is missing out! Thanks dave and i would never forget that day when i drove my first porsche out of your lot!!
