It’s a small and busy dealership with excellent customer
It’s a small and busy dealership with excellent customer service. Barry explained the services and costs related to our vehicle before proceeding. The actual costs were less than the estimate so that was a pleasant surprise. Our car needed to be left overnight, so they provided a courtesy car as well. Excellent staff, excellent service!

The staff was not very friendly, and I never felt like that actually cared about my concerns. They were very short with my father and I, and also seemed annoyed when we had questions about the diagnosis and estimate we were given. It’s actually because of their attitude that I decided against having the work done. I don’t trust them and would just prefer to get another opinion

Looked at a car on-line at midnight, drove an hour and a half and bought a MINI at 5 pm after work. Everything was easy and convenient. Daniel the sales rep was experienced and efficient when running the numbers. He answered questions via text while I worked which made things very convenient. Kevin was knowledgeable and patient when teaching about the features of my new MINI. I would definitely recommend MINI of the Main Line to my friends and family. Thank you again Daniel and Kevin 😊

I’ve been a loyal Mini customer for 10 years.
I’ve been a loyal Mini customer for 10 years.. Sales people have changed in 10 years, but the customer service is still excellent, and of course the great workmanship in making great cars has not changed. I love Mini and I’ll continue my relationship with Mini of the Main Line for years to come.

First visit to this dealership.
First visit to this dealership. My vehicle was checked in promptly, diagnostic testing commerced immediately and problems identified within 2 hours. Dealership had the parts for the repair available and I didn’t need a return visit. Service Advisor was courteous, kept me updated frequently, and was able to answer all my technical questions. One downside is a loaner vehicle needs to be scheduled in advance.
