Casper was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! My car was serviced in less than the amount of time specified. When I received my car, it was shining it's beautiful red color, due to the extra special pampering of a car wash. I think that is an especially wonderful touch!

First time servicing my 2017 Mini Cooper S at MINI of the

First time servicing my 2017 Mini Cooper S at MINI of the Mainline and had a fantastic experience. Casper and Barry were excellent at communicating the work that needed to be done while keeping my budget in mind. Casper took excellent care of my MINI when I had an emergency and had to leave it sit on the lot for a few extra weeks..he even started it up and made sure it was warm and ready for me when I came to pick up! Thanks again to everyone at MINI of the Mainline - I most definitely found my go-to when it comes to caring for my vehicle.

Mr Straus was very professional & helpful in assisting me

Mr Straus was very professional & helpful in assisting me with my check in, obtaining the loaner & my final visit, picking up my car. He informed me of any issues prior to work being done, so pick up & check out went smoothly.

Went to retrieve my mini and pay for diagnostics.

Went to retrieve my mini and pay for diagnostics. Had to drive to the bmw dealership to find any info on my car at mini. No one at mini would call, and didn’t know anything, literally, about my car, that they had for 2 weeks. BMW rep, had to drive back to mini to collect my car. What should have taken 15 minutes, ended up taking 2.5 hours. Very frustrating. Only bright spots, bmw had good coffee and they ran my mini through their car wash before we took it home. BMW reps were slow, but very friendly and accommodating.
