Understaffed.
Understaffed. The lender car program has radically changed. The third party billing system appears as a fraud warning as suspicious charges. My credit card was shut down with a 3 day wait for a new card - major inconvenience. While a 30 day $250.00 hold was put on my credit card. The transponder for I-95 travel in the loaner car charges $25.00 per toll as a punishment. There are NO staff along I-95. I was advised to talk with the staff at the toll. If the loaner car is not returned by the close of business and additional charge of $186.00 - my car was not completed in one business day - who pays? It was the customer conveniences that I purchased my Mini at the dealer and purchased all the protection plans. When the plans conclude, so does my returns to the dealership.

Horrible experience here.
Horrible experience here. I took my car in for a new tire (covered under my contract). They asked if I wanted an oil change and I declined. I just found out last week when I took it in for scheduled service that Mini of the Main Line had actually done the oil change over my objections AND DID NOT EVEN TELL ME!! I already disliked Euro Motorcars (of which this is a part) and now will never, ever, ever voluntarily give them the opportunity to even touch my car.

I rate my experience a C+/B- No one I talked to seemed to have complete information. It looks like you're due for an oil change . For an electric car, I don't think so. Service should take 2 hours ... or 45 min. ... or 3 hours. The paperwork says a PA inspection is $29.95 ... "I don't know why it says that." I was really hoping for a stellar experience but instead I was just glad to be done. Although I've rated people, please disregard because I don't know who checked me in.

Happy motoring with MINI of the Main Line
I've been a MINI lover since I purchased my MINI Cooper in 2013, and I always receive excellent customer service. Most recently, I had my car in for an inspection since I shipped my car from CA to PA. My service advisor, Barry Strauss, was awesome and took good care of me with clear communication and ordering me a Lyft home. I highly recommend MINI of the Main Line.

The work was explained to me along with the charges. They even cleaned the car. I’ve always trusted dealerships when it comes to maintenace work. Hope my faith is in order. The wait was a bit long but I suspect few are working in the garage. The wait area can do much renovation. Until nect year then.
