This place is local, and not a large factory where they just sit you down and try to sell you a car. They get to know you and they are much more personable than a large dealership. They bought my trade-in at a great no-haggle price. The entire process was great. They are flexible with pick up and the time you would spend here is much less than you would at a typical dealership. I really enjoyed every part of the process and they were very genuine and nice. Cars for all budget types, and has that mom and pop feel. Was really impressed with their service department, they remedied all issues I had with the car before I took the purchase home. I can’t say enough for those looking for used cars at a good price highly recommended!

I went to several well known dealerships and was disappointed with their selection and customer service. Hampstead was able to find what I was looking for, in my price range and with excellent customer service. Not once did I feel pressured or mislead by the salesman. We will go back to this dealership for future purchases.

We were looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter and appreciated the service we received at Hampstead preowned. We drove 3 hours to look at a few cars that we were interested in. They had a good selection and I loved that they were honest about the cars we were looking at it. We were there all day when we finally chose a car that runs great and looks nice. They cleaned it up and completed some finishing repairs that needed to be done. They followed through with what they promised and it was an enjoyable experience. I don’t like shopping for cars and dealing with pushy car salesman, but they were the complete opposite, which we appreciated since we had driven such a far distance . My daughter is very happy and I’m very comfortable that she is in a nice, safe car to drive. Thank you Hampstead !!
