Hampstead Preowned is a high volume dealer with competitive pricing. Customers should be aware that most cars will have about a $2k add-on over advertised pricing. In spite of this, the car I purchased was much lower than comparable cars sold at other dealers in the area. Tara and the other staff I worked with at HPO were great. No crazy delays or complications. Got through the process very quickly. I would purchase from this dealer again.

Certain people who work there are great. We went to only check a price for a car for my daughter. The process was very rushy and they basically sent you straight over to finance guy who thinks you’re already buying a car. So he either had no idea, or he was playing me that you would like to just know the price of the car. From my previous experience I knew advertising price is never what you will end it up paying. The car was for my daughter and of course have Audi car she was very happy till we drove car when we got it back home. You have 3 days for any issues to be either fixed or returned. There still is issue with some sensor. Back and forth they supposed to fixed a car and of course they said they did. But they didn’t. Service for fixing s car was absolutely awful. Sadly I thought I would be coming back to the dealership for buying car for my another daughter, but after this experience I won’t….

By far the best experience at a pre-owned dealership i’ve ever had! The car I was interested in wasn’t ready unfortunately. But I let them know that I needed/wanted a car same day due to having a rental that I didn’t want to keep overpaying for. They had a similar car that I was approved for and I got it same day within only a couple hours! Nice car with low mileage as well! They also have an option after 6 monthly payments you can come back and trade in the car you’re financing and get something better! I got in nearly an hour before closing and everyone was super accommodating and friendly- especially our sales rep Mo! She was so kind and very informative. Thank you again!

Easy process from start to finish. Mike helped my husband and I find our son his first car, a 2014 Camry with great miles. My son loves the car, and we enjoyed the experience! They were the busiest dealership we have ever been to, but we were still in and out quickly. They came highly recommended from friends, and they delivered!
