After having our car for a few days we noticed it developed what seemed to be an intermittent ABS problem. So we called Hampstead Pre-Owned to arrange to have it looked at and repaired if possible. Anthony (our salesman) was there when I got to the dealership and friendly as ever. got my car right in to the shop for evaluation. As it would be a while for this I walked down the street to have some lunch. Upon my return I spoke with the Anthony (the owner) and found that it was actually one of the axels that was causing the problem. Go figure front wheel drives! Any way he offered to cover labor and half the cost of the part since this was not covered under the used car limited warranty that came with the car. This was one of those above and beyond type of things if you ask me that keeps people coming back to a dealership! He didn't need to make that offer to me, he could have just quoted me the cost of parts and labor and said that's it, and I would have not known any different. I Still don't know any different really because he never told me what the labor cost was. And I think he quoted me a lower cost on the part then what it really was. But I am very happy with the vehicle service and the customer service I receive from Hampstead! If your thinking of buying a used car, check them out. My feeling is you can't go wrong with these guys!

I am a single mother who had been searching for a used car that was not only affordable but that would be reliable as well. I dont know anything about cars so i was very nervous about the purchase. I found a nissian maxima on cars.com which lead me to hampstead pre owned. When i got to the dealership i explained to them all of my concerns that i had about purchasing the car and they allowed me to bring the car to my mechanic who gave me the go ahead after checking it out. I have had the car for five months and have not had one issue. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!"

The Experience there was very good, both the salesman and the owner were very helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. They really work with you whether you have good or bad credit. Overall I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely come here if you want a quality used vehicle

I was in the market for a used car for my family and started my search. After no luck in the city or county my husband and I found Hampstead Pre-Owned. I was surprised at the wide selection of vehicles in their inventory. I did find a very nice Nissan Altima! It has a sun roof, sporty wheels and a nice stereo system. Very clean chic sleek car. It rides so smooth. The transaction was smooth and the service after the sale was great. I would tell my friends about this location. The price was right. They also took care of all of tags and title business for me. This made it easy for me to just pick up the car with no additional run around. It was about 39 minutes from my home but when I got here I was so pleased and I wish I would have found this dealer sooner. I can save you the time running around if you make this dealer your first stop. Drive away happy! I love my new car! Thank You Hampstead Pre-Owned!

When I got out of my daughter's car to see about test driving a couple of cars at this dealership I able to walk around the lot a little and look at the cars available. Then was greeted warmly by Tony Davis, one of their newer sales reps. He wasn't pushy like some dealers can get. Asked how we were and what we were interested in. We told him the two cars we had found via Cars.com and on their website. He promptly got us the keys for the first car (after having gotten a copy of my license, state laws and all) and invited us to have a good test drive. On our return, he had the second car out of the parking spot and ready for us to take on the test drive. We determined that the second car was the one we were interested in from this dealership. But we needed to see if this was "THE ONE" because we had several others from other shops we were still investigating. When we told him that we would like to think about the options and get back to him he had no problem with it. So we went on our way to the other dealers and test drove other cars with varying results. Our final decision was to come back to Hampstead and get this car. Since they had closed by that time on Saturday it was Monday morning before I could return. At this point Tony introduced me to his boss and the owner of the dealership Anthony Birdsong a really pleasant guy to talk with. He worked with me on the financing. That's when I had some trouble with the financing, they worked with me on it for a while, and things still didn't work out for me. So I left at noon with no car yet to see if I could work on financing on my own during the day. By the end of the day I walked back into the dealership they had apparently had a long "trying" day of it. It was less then 30 minutes till closing for them. But they were still pleasant with me and I was able to drive off their lot in the car I chose on Saturday! And, all this, just as they were locking their doors ON TIME with out rushing to do it!

Excellent service. Took my car in for an oil change today and was very impressed with the owner and the level of service provided by the employees. This can be hard to find at a mechanic shop. Great quality, great price and great service. I highly recommend for future auto services.

Recently purchased a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer from here. Every step from my initial phone call to going back for a service light was awesome. Ryan and Anthony are great. They made it really easy, were up front and honest about everything. It's amazing to have it done all in one place. They have definitely created a customer for life. I understand buying used means there will be maintenance needed and it's perfect they have a shop too. I can count on them to help with any issues.
