Overall experience

David Fortner was prepped and ready when we arrived...deal was negotiated and we received the vehicle we wanted. No pressure and no gimmicks. Will be taking my truck in to trade soon.

Great customer service!

Had Levi as my service specialist and was very pleased with his personal attention! He did a great job e playing options and issues, was friendly and quite helpful. I bought my truck from JC last year and have had my truck serviced at this dealership and every time visit I am impressed and pleased with my experience. A truly great dealership in my experience!

Best experience EVER

Being super nervous about having to buy a car. Cause well, car sales can be high pressure, I went to a tent sale I was invited to by another agent but when I arrived he was busy and that’s when I met Jake R. He was super professional and listened and understood my needs and my wants even my being nervous about the whole thing. He even went Beyond expectations was very patient and had me try a car I didn’t think I would like (leather seats in az) or be able to even afford!!! It turns out I LOVED the car!! It was a bit out of my price I was looking to spend but he went and made it happen. No messing around no high pressure tactics... Just awesome customer service. Most importantly even after the sale and still to this day he follows up and makes sure that everything is still great. This is very rare and heart warming. He is for sure the best car salesman you could want. No bs, I recommend him to everyone. When it’s time for another car I’ll be returning to him! :)

I overpaid for the truck but I'm happy with my purchase. The truck was exactly what I wanted. And one of the guys gave me a cigarette.

Happy Customer

This is the second Jeep Wrangler I purchased from Larry Miller Jeep in Surprise. I initially did not come to this dealership to purchase my Wrangler. I ordered one from Larry Miller Jeep in Avondale which is closer to my house. I went there to pick it up last Friday night and was low-balled on my trade. I called up Larry Millse Miller Jeep in Surprise and spoke with Cody on the phone and he said to come on in. I'm glad I did. They ended up giving me $3,000 more for my trade then the other dealership. We found a Wrangler that was pretty close to what I had ordered. Brandon was my salesman and Cody and Scott were helping him out to make sure the deal was put together right. The General Manager Glen stepped up on my trade to make this deal happen. He did the same about 5 years ago when I bought my 2013 Wrangler from them. The atmosphere at this dealership is the way a dealership should be. You feel good when you walk in and are treated very nicely . They do business the right way, with respect, honesty, integrity, and ethics. I also had a great experience in the finance department. They gave me a great rate were able to get me in and out pretty quickly. I will never go anywhere else again and try to buy a Wrangler. I learned my lesson.

LHM always come through

Had to bring my Jeep in multiple times to hunt down the problem I was having and each time Micky in service took care of what ever I needed. Awesome service rep!
