Fair and honest service department.

When replacing non-functioning turn signal astute tech noted that turn signal socket had a burned contact. Was told part would be ordered and we would be called when it came n to return. After hearing nothing we made more than one trip in to check on part and were again told we would be called. On third trip confirmed part was on shelf, but still no call. Made appointment and work was completed satisfactorily and service writer adjusted charges to compensate us. Their techs are great, honest and fair, don't try to sell us services we don't need. Backroom IT systems seem to be less than fully effective. We keep getting service alerts for a car that was totaled two years ago, but service writers claim they cannot remove vehicle from system.

My Wife Loves her new Town and Country

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our concerns and to what our goal was in shopping with him. We were honest about what we could afford and he was honest with what he could do to accommodate our goals. We were in and out in just about 3 hours. We will be back.

Very Pleasant folks to work with

This is a very nice facility, with a good inventory to choose from. The sales folks were all very nice - no pressure - and, willing to negotiate! This was actually my second visit to this dealership as I was quite impressed last year with the service group who went out of their way quite late one day to fix a window issue with a 2001 Jeep - so when the time came to trade that car this dealership was our obvious choice.

Good service visit....

Car was taken in on time and service performed in a timely manner. Service personnel were friendly and explained what was found on the vehicle. Exterior wash is greatly appreciated. Overall, good service.

If you HAVE TO BUY A CAR, do it at Larry Miller!!

Our 2010 auto finally gave its last gasp as we were starting a road trip!! We had to turn around and head back to our Surprise Larry Miller dealership, where the service manager had recommended several weeks ago it would be wise to consider trading our very sick auto for a healthier vehicle. We asked Nate, the service manager who had been very patient with both the car and myself, if he would introduce us to a sales person, which he did. JC interviewed my husband, who is confined to a wheelchair, and myself, to determine our needs. We did not feel any pressure from JC as he explained options available, including both new and used vehicles. He was patient and showed us several vehicles, explaining pros/cons, reasons for price differentials, etc. Because we have had a Chrysler T&C van for 5 years, we felt comfortable in making our decision to purchase a 2016 T & C. JC and our financial officer worked together to get us the best financing available, explaining the details, and we were happy and confident while signing the papers. Then, as we were in the middle of a trip, JC helped us unpack the 2010 van and reload the 2016 van. JC also made certain we were comfortable with the car attachments, etc., including the phone system. We could not have been more happy and contented as we drove on to California!! Thank you!!
