Great Dealer!!!!!!!

I have lived all over this country and bought a lot of cars and had them serviced. This dealership tops them all. I would recommend to anyone. They are very professional, friendly and know what they are doing. The dealership itself is very clean and makes you feel good about being there.

Great auto buying exprience:

Our experience at LHM Surprise was great. From the time we were contacted to driving home with a new Jeep. We worked with Kelly for the most part. He treated us tho we were old friends and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable with the vehicles and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. I would definitely ask for Kelly for my next purchase or recommend him to my friends. Great job Kelly.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was going to have a car serviced within the next couple of days but I have also been looking to purchase a new car and hadn't made up my mind. I asked a person at the dealership that I trusted to give their opinion of who I could trust that would treat me right if I were to purchase and without any hesitation the person named was J.C. I know now why that name was given, J.C. was honest, fair and upfront with the entire deal and even showed me options for my consideration. By far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and believe me when I say I've had a few.

New Car

JC was the best!!!!!

JC made this expirence pleasurable. We did not have to go through what everyone hates about dealerships. He really worked to find the exact vehicle our family needed and the price we could afford. He has found customers for life!!

Replaced battery

warranty at no cost. 2013 chrysler 300S battery was dead.Car had to be towed to the dealership. Car was returned to our home promptly.
