Best experience of buying a truck I have ever had. Price was in my range, and able to get warranty at a fair price I felt. Happy with all the extra features in truck, bed liner, steps, tinted glass. These were included in truck. Usually one has to go out and buy all this stuff after purchase.

This is my 2nd purchase of a new Dodge RAM 1500 (although different locations). The sales team here was exceptional. As a sales guy myself I was impressed with Doug and Ryan's professionalism, knowledge and care in helping me to find the right vehicle for my needs. Two things in particular: 1) there was no "high pressure" tactics; laying out the facts and letting me decide where to go from there, 2) these guys actually "listened" to me and didn't try to sell me the latest bell or whistle I didn't need or ask for, and they didn't push a clearance item that really didn't fit my needs. This is the kind of treatment that will get return business from me. Now….to test the service department when the time comes. If they do as well then it will be a good marriage!

Received a promotion to come in and trade in trade up for a new purchase. The car we own is less than a year old and in excellent condition. Apparently the fine Chrysler product we purchased there wasnt worth their time or interest. They wouldn't even comment on a trade value for the car. A 2013, 200. This fine Chrysler product Black books for LESS than half of what these folks listed and sold for 9 months ago. And simply stated they wouldn't even consider a trade, mind you after "they" sent "us" an invitation to come in and trade it in.... The last time the car was serviced there a simple oil change took close to 4 hours. Only to find they left the filter either off or loose and luckily was close enough to return to them to make repairs before any engine damage was done. took another hour and a half... And the Dealer Rep had the Audosity to ask if we were still getting the free oil changes.. Well if you call an additional $ 750.00 when the car was purchased free then yeah I guess we are. Remember this when you deal with Larry H Miller Chrysler and or buy a Chrysler product. I will never buy a another Chrysler product, especially from this place.

Gordon was wonderful to work with! I came in to purchase a used van and ended up with a NEW Dodge Durango. Couldn't be more happy!! Even though it was late and we had already agreed on the van, Gordon and John were very patient when I changed my mind and they had to redo all the paperwork. Gordon even called the next day to make sure I understood everything about the vehicle because we didn't have much time to go over it the night before. Thanks guys, I will definitely be back.

Gordon was very pleasant to work with. He understood our needs and worked very hard to meet them. He made sure we were taken care of with free drinks and hot dogs while we went through the negotiating process. It was very nice to bang the "gong" and have everyone in the dealership applause.
