Dodge durango

Both Larry and Rich were awesome. Very patient with us and the fact that we had our young children with us. Would recommend this dealer to friends

Just wanted to look, my husband wanted to see the Dart.

We have had many Dodges and Chryslers. . I really wanted a better gas mileage than my 2011 Avenger. I went on line and search out the Dodge Dart. Within 1/2 hour Cindy called and invited us to come on down. We had never been to the new Larry Miller building off Waddel in Surprise AZ, Even though it was a night run and we are seniors, with great instructions we were there in no time. It is absolutely a beautiful car dealership. One look at the Dodge Dart and I was sold. Ed, my husband is far more the businessman, interested in quality and I on the other hand was looking at the best price to fit our budget. Cindy asked if we wanted to drive the car, I think then Ed was sold, this is a quality car. We are Chrysler people, Cindy, spent a great deal of time with us, and then began checking on the best deal we could get. Then Ed a very nice gentleman from the dealership sat down with us. They tried to put a package together for us, but, I had a set price in my budget mind. And though they tried hard, we left. We both felt bad, because, Cindy and Ed were wonderful to us, really trying hard to fill our wish list. But, we thank them for their time and caring way. The next morning Tom, called us and ask us to come on back. Cindy came into work on her day off. And oh Happy Day, the car was going to be ours. Of course then we had to see the Financial person, John. After going through this before I was really hesitant, but, much to my surprise. John was really helpful, he even sold Ed and I a contract that we can live with. All an all, we cannot say enough about the team you have in the newest Larry Miller Dodge in Surprise. Though we love Dodge's we never experienced the professional service and kindness we were shown. I do apologize that I do not know anyone's last name. But, truthfully we will never forget them.... Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon

My experience was what was expected. Buying a new car is not ever a great experience, but Sunday was better than expected. I would have liked it to not have taken so long. It was a long process.

Quick and efficient

We were directed to Larry H. Miller by the USAA car buying service and are extremely happy with the results. Cindy was very helpful and Tom connected all the dots of a complicated deal, getting us in and out in under two hours. Great people.

They did good work, in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable cost. everyone at the Surprise dealer ship was very nice to talk with.

Purchase 0f 2014 Jeep Cherokee

I told Greg what I was looking for. We walked the lot and looked at the inventory available. At no time did he get pushy he worked hard to find a Jeep Cherokee that met our needs and a price we could live with. Consequently we now have a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee.

Great experience!

I was able to negotiate a satisfactory deal on the phone, drove to the dealership, consummated the deal and was out on the road in an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Jeep.

Great Salesman!
