They murdered my car

I took my 2005 PT cruiser in for service as it was overheating. They said the radiator was bad so I told them to go ahead and replace it. Received a call back from armel, and he said I have good news and bad news the good news is the new radiator is in and the bad news is it is still overheating. He said this thermostat was bad and it was probably a combination of bad thermostat and bad radiator. So I so I said to him you put a radiator in that wasn't needed $680 later. The next day he called and said my car was ready and it wasn't overheating anymore. Drove my car for approximately 20 minutes the car overheated the water pump seized up broke my timing belt and destroyed my engine. Roger Chavez the assistant service manager said he would make it right because they are straight shooters, that's a lie they are crooks. They completely tore my car down and said the heads were warped and basically for $3200 more they could fix it. This was a missed diagnosis, it had a bad water pump all along so they destroyed my car and I would suggest never going there to anybody reading this.

Took advantage of a disabled person

Sales guy Ryan Mistak took advantage of my disabled sister who signed her life away on %20 interest unknowingly. She wasn't in her right mind when she signed, but the sales team took advantage of her gladly. We took the car back 1 hour later to return the mistake only to be denied by the heartless dealership and sales team and laughed at us for trying to correct a simple mistake. My sister makes rash decisions having a multitude of mental illnesses. We explained to the dealership that she in no way could afford the payment, as she lives on a fixed income through disability. Just getting through a simple day for my sister is a huge challenge. Anyone reading this who knows someone with mental illness would understand. Ryan Mistak spoke to me and my 72 year old mother in a condescending unprofessional tone, smugly smirking at us after we pleaded our case and was denied. They wouldn't do the right thing. My sister suffers from a slew of mental illnesses and the sales team used that disadvantage against her to make a dollar. Chrysler Temecula is the worst breed of salesmen in an already dishonest industry. In cases such as ours, one that deserved a deeper look and understanding, many other dealerships would have done what was right. Our experience at the dealership speaks to Chrysler Temecula's cowardice.

Sales Misrepresentation

Purchased my RAM at DCH Temecula, CA and was sold a maintenance package that I was told covered the first 8 scheduled services. The charge was $800. I dropped my vehicle off today for it's first service only to find out that the only thing covered is oil change and tire rotation. Since I can get tire rotation for free where I purchase my tires and Jiffy Lube and the like charge $30 for oil changes for this type vehicle I feel I was overcharged in excess of $500 for the value of these services. And while I know the fine print somewhere has their xxxxx covered and I have no way of proving the misrepresentation I know that it occurred as I would never have paid that much for 8 oil changes. I feel I was deceived and it has left me with a very poor opinion of the dealership and by extension Dodge itself. I will not do any further business with them nor am I likely to purchase a Dodge/Chrysler or Jeep in the future. I will be submitting a complaint to California Consumer Affairs, the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, posting my experience on Yelp and like sites and letting everyone I know how I was ripped off by Dodge and it's dealership.

Customer Service

Worked with service rep Rudy trying to remove wheel lock. He worked with me for an extended period of time and was a great help during this time. Brought Jeep in late and he saw me through the process beginning to end. Very professional. Courteous and considerate. Thanks

Most unprofessional dealership

This dealership states they put customer service first.....not even close to truth. Fact remains they put their customers last....and only concerned with sales/numbers/money. There is not one honest word from salesman, mgr or even finance. BUYERS BEWARE....turn your car around and go elsewhere, after this experience, I understand why people buy from private parties.

Absolutely love this dealership!

We loved this dealership, 23 had a difficult situation and they got us out of it and into our new 2014 Ram 1500 and we're completely in love with it. I did notice some scratches on the truck and they took care of them right away!! We'lol definitely be coming back! Yusof was our salesman and he's wonderful! The Vega Family.

Great Experience all around!!

From the minute we pulled into the lot, we were treated well! Francisco was our salesman... He is personality plus!! He made sure we were comfortable in and out of the car.. Even bringing us water since it was 100 degrees the day we bought our car... He even had to forgo his lunch hour!!! No complaints! We love our new car!

Terrible attitude from service writer

My wife brought our Dodge Ram 2500 in for the airbag recall and asked if they could also reflash the Totally Integrated Power Module(TIPM) because the right turn signals weren't working. This seems to be a common problem with Dodge as you can do a google search and find all kinds of information about it on the internet. Michael Casey the service writer told my wife that they haven't heard of any problems with the TIPM and it would be $120 to reflash it, which she had them do. My wife later picked the truck up after the service was completed and was given a list of recommended services to have done. That weekend I performed a oil change and noticed that the dealerships service department forgot to re-engage the engines air filter box lid and fasten the retainer clips and one of the clips was missing. My wife stopped back by the dealership the following Monday and spoke with their service writer Michael Casey, who got an attitude questioning which clip was missing from the air cleaner so she had to call me at work to explain which one it was. She also showed him some information about the problems with the TIPM problem to see if Dodge would reimburse us for the $120 for the reflash. John told my wife that he spoke to his manager and said that our vehicle was 10 years old and the module is was probably no good anyway because it is 10 years old. He laughed at her and told her maybe she should get a hold of Dodge and get in on the class action lawsuit that she show him about the problem with the Dodge modules. Michael could of handle the situation better and said that it wasn't covered and told her maybe to write a letter to Dodge with our concerns. I originally purchased this vehicle from another dealer due to this DHC Dealership wanting me to make an appointment for the following week just to get a test drive so I can see that their customer service hasn't improved in the last 10 years.
