DCH Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Temecula

I initially came on the DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula lot with the intent on just looking around, but when i was approached by Sales Rep Ryan Mistak, i decided to allow him to make his sales pitch. Throughout his interaction, he promised that if he could show me a vehicle that i was happy with, that he could get me into the car, and out of the dealership in less than an hour, and having bought several new vehicles before, i decided to take him up on his offer. He got me into a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT Plus, which had a great deal going on it for the end of the year closeout, and after the test drive, i was completely sold on the car. Now, the sales pitch and financing. Ryan was right on point. When he ran my numbers and came back with a price i couldn't run away from the deal. This experience was totally painless. We were in and out of financing right at about 45 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for them to have the car detailed and ready for me to drive off in record time. This was by far the best car buying experience i ever had. Great job Ryan!!

Chris Bennett went above and beyond to get four different service projects completed on our Chrysler Town & Country, even getting us a loaner vehicle so we could move about Temecula while our van was being serviced.

Dennis was very informative. We were looking for specific things and a car and Dennis suggested one I hadn't even considered. After he showed us the car we decided to test drive it. Then we went inside and Dennis explained all the features on the car , then the price and options. We were interested so he asked Nathen to go into more detail about finances. We told them we wanted to check out one more car to be sure and I just really impressed when he didn't try to make us feel like we would be making a mistake. He was very nice and said he'd be waiting when we came back. We appreciated that he wasn't a high pressure person. That's why we came back to him to buy the car, because he was so great about what we wanted. After we came back he took care of all the paperwork and Levi did all of his paperwork quickly. By that time I was tired and Dennis said I could come back for him to show me all the buttons and to sync my Bluetooth. I went back this morning and Dennis took the time to show me everything I needed on my new car. I'm a happy new car owner and would recommend this dealership and Dennis. EXCELLENT!!! I brought my vehicle in a little before my scheduled appointment time and was immediately and very pleasantly greeted. I was advised of the service and that a "flash" was needed. Ryan was a great salesman. I came down and test drove 2 vehicles and was very picky. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and with all the extras I wanted inside my Jeep. He even went to Escondido to pick up the Jeep for us. When you are looking to buy go in and ask for Ryan. He will do everything he can to help. Daniel detailed our Jeep and was very nice and upbeat. He answered any questions we had. He went to great lengths to make sure that the job was done. I would recommend Daniel for all your detailing needs. Everyone at the Temecula location was great. This was our second purchase within one year, and I continue to be very impressed with the entire DCH staff, and how they treat customers!! Tamanna handled our sale with this purchase (2014 Dodge Charger) and she was assisted by her sales manager Mike and the GM Ted, who each treated my wife and me with a high level of courtesy and respect. I felt I got a very good deal, and a fair price for our trade-in vehicle. If it can happen, these guys can make it happen!! As I have offered in a previous review, from 2013, when I purchased my Chrysler 300, I have never been treated better, nor have had a better buying experience, at any other dealership other than DCH Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Temecula!! Moreover, the entire staff, from the receptionist, to service, to parts, are all so very friendly and helpful!! I thank all who I have mentioned, for going out of there way--100% to make this sale happen!! Last, the quality and dependability of these new Chrysler products is outstanding!! I love my 300 and my wife loves her new Charger!!
