Great experience!
Eric Foster was a wonderful salesperson to work with. We quickly saw and test drove the vehicle we came to see. The price was very good for a practically new used Ram 1500. We didn't get strung along for hours or treated to a "bait and switch" tactic where we weren't really going to get what we thought we were going to get. Eric was great, friendly, efficient, clear. When the transaction was over, it was past closing time but he went out of his way to show us how to work the special features inside the vehicle. Joanna McKenna, the finance officer, was equally great to work with. She made the less "fun" part of buying a vehicle as painless as possible and was friendly and efficient. We didn't feel confused or misled by anything she explained. We drove an hour from home to get to the dealership, but we're really glad we did. It was worth the drive.

Never heard back rom them
I was looking into possibly buying a jeep so I found one I was interested in on cars.com from DCH. I sent them an e-mail and received a phone message from Marty later that day. I spoke to Marty on the phone and inquired if they would take a sand car as a trade in vehicle. I sent them some photos and information on the car and I never heard back from them. I'm assuming they are not interested but it would have been nice to at least get a phone call to inform me they were not interested. To be fair, I shouldn't really rate DCH on the overall buying experience because I never got that far. I would have no problem if they did not want to take my sand car as a trade. I just think they could have at least called me to let me know.

Very nice experience buying a new vehicle!
Greg went to great lengths to assure that the vehicle was in top condition, the color we wanted, etc. He was also very thorough showing us the basics of operation. He also followed up with a phone call a few days later, with helpful information we asked for. Overall experience at your agency was exceptional, from receptionist , Chris, the service manager, and final sale details with Nancy.

2014 Charger R/T - Very Happy! I did my research and shopped around at several dealerships for the best offer. I visited Moss Brothers in Riverside and Browning in Norco, and DCH's customer service, friendliness, and professionalism is simply unmatched in my experience. I was unsatisfied with the initial offer on my 2007 Honda Accord trade-in, but Alan and Nathan eventually got it up to my initial asking price, and took an additional $500 off on an already killer deal for a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Charger with only 5600 miles that had every feature and option I wanted, plus more, and it was cheaper than the one I originally wanted. Not only that, but Alan came back in to the dealership at 8:45pm (they close at 9pm) after having left work for the day already. He and Nancy (finance) stayed and worked with me until 10:30pm - 90 MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSE - to get me squared away. Alan even helped my wife and I transfer everything from my Honda over to the new Charger (I hadn't cleaned out my car prior to coming in) and did not skimp on making sure he showed me everything I needed to know to get setup, like connecting my phone via Bluetooth, showing how the Adaptive Cruise Control works, navigation, etc. I am very satisfied with my experience here and appreciate how they respected the fact that I had done my research, I was determined to get what I wanted (apart from mentioning some other options, they didn't push anything on me that I didn't want), and I was determined get not just a good deal, but the best deal.
