Marty The MAN!
Marty The MAN! I had never met Marty Striano, prior to my purchase of a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I had contacted Marty via the internet, regarding a trade in offer I received from DCH Dodge. I had an excellent experience with the purchase of this vehicle, and the trade in of my former Dodge Ram 2500. I can say that I have never met a more experienced, well informed, and low pressure salesman as Marty. He could answer any question I threw at him about the new truck. Which is a total "First" in my past experiences of auto shopping! Furthermore, DCH handled the deal with none of the usual hassles of purchasing a new vehicle. There was none of the typical wailing, fighting, antacid filled evenings, or gnashing of teeth, involved with back and forth altercations with the sales manager(s). I will be happy to refer Marty Striano to ANYONE that asks me about purchasing a vehicle!

Great Customer Service
My 2011 Charger decided to stop working luckily I had pulled into the DCH Service Center as I was experiencing this problem. The staff at the service center was extremely helpful and Anthony took great care to make sure to keep me informed until my car was fixed. As a business owner I truly appreciate this type of customer service.

Chris Bennet and the great team at DCH Chrysler/Jeep! My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from a dealer in Colorado while on vacation. When we had it shipped to us in Cali we took it to the in-laws and a family member pointed out to us some pretty bad fin damage to the condenser in front of the radiator. He had been a Jeep guru for many years and told us that in our Cali heat we had a higher chance of overheating due to the blockage of airflow through the condenser to the radiator. So we took it into DCH and explained our concern. Since the Jeep had not yet overheated they said we couldn't replace it under warranty, so we contacted the dealership in Colorado and they agreed to pay for a replacement part. We brought in back to DCH and Chris Bennett was the advisor who took us in. We let him know what was going on and he told us he'd take care of it. Chris even picked up on the fact that the drier/receiver should also be replaced (even though it's not absolutely necessary) just to make sure that everything would be perfect. He was even able to get the Colorado dealership to pay the extra $$ to cover the cost of the drier/receiver for us! Throughout the process Chris was constantly in contact with me to give me updates, and always gave me a timeline even though I never had to ask for one. I am self-employed and very busy most of the day, so I really appreciated that he valued my time enough to keep me informed and let me know exactly how things were progressing. THANK YOU CHRIS!! And thank you DCH Jeep, you have lifetime customers in us!

I bought used Honda Fit 2009, and I found it on internet while I was looking so many car dealers and prices. DHC Jeep of Temecula was the one that had car that I need with very low miles and good price. I bought some oil from them before for my Jeep and experience back was excellent. Everyone is very helpful. My whole purchase of this Honda was excellent. Sales person Marty Striano is very nice guy and good salesman. Christopher Bennett was exceptionally helpful during my visit! His exemplary customer service is the reason that I will be back, and will continue to tell my friends and family that Jeep in Temecula is the place to buy and service our vehicles!! He is always friendly, personable, and pays close attention to detail. One time our service did not go so well, and he stayed after the service area closed to personally work on my car and find the problem. Not only did he do that, he found me a rental car so I was not stranded after his technician messed up the project. He genuinely cared about me and my car, and made a very bad situation that was rapidly going downhill into a great experience. Because of his incredible service, I have come back twice so far, and the work and detail has been top notch! Blew My Mind
Initially, I went to the Auto Mall in Temecula, CA looking around. I knew I wanted a car, just didn't know what make/model or new/used. I pulled up to Honda and got great customer service, especially when I decided to branch out to another make/model, excluding Honda. Because DCH Auto Group owns a few neighbors to Honda on that strip, it was quite EASY to see other options without the hassle or worrying if they will be upset with you. I made my way over to Dodge to look at a Challenger. -This is where I met Solomon Apodaca. He seemed very, VERY knowledgeable on most cars there, which blew my mind. He schooled me up on the models and we took the Challenger for a test drive. It was DEFINITELY a great car to drive around. I made it clear to Solomon that my style is awkward- I LOVE the sporty look, but I do NOT drive like I have a sports car. With that being said, and I told him my monthly price range, he then escorted me to a Dodge Dart SXT. At first I didn't know why because I was under an impression that the Dart was a silly, small car that most kids have. When he opened the door, however, my mind was yet again, BLOWN. The interior was so sporty looking, complete with navigation, rear backup camera, great bass in the audio system, sunroof. SMH AMAZING!!! I was in complete shock as to how much room was in this car. Everything about that car felt sporty, and yet the truck had so much room, I had to tilt my head to see how much further it went haha. It was a sedan, too. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was the one for me. It blew my mind as to how Solomon knew how to match me with such a perfect car. Going over paperwork, and matching a price that would work well for me, he brought it up to my attention that he was fairly new at DCH Auto Group. WHAT?!?! Blowing my mind all day- He knew SO MUCH information on the process, the cars, EVERYTHING that it was hard to believe that he was new. I'm so pleased with my experience at this Dodge dealership in Temecula. I honestly would recommend Solomon to EVERYONE I know looking for a car. New OR used. Temecula was a little far out for me, but Solomon Apodaca made it worth it. I KNOW this is a car for life. Thanks So MUCH!

I initially came on the DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula lot with the intent on just looking around, but when i was approached by Sales Rep Ryan Mistak, i decided to allow him to make his sales pitch. Throughout his interaction, he promised that if he could show me a vehicle that i was happy with, that he could get me into the car, and out of the dealership in less than an hour, and having bought several new vehicles before, i decided to take him up on his offer. He got me into a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT Plus, which had a great deal going on it for the end of the year closeout, and after the test drive, i was completely sold on the car. Now, the sales pitch and financing. Ryan was right on point. When he ran my numbers and came back with a price i couldn't run away from the deal. This experience was totally painless. We were in and out of financing right at about 45 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for them to have the car detailed and ready for me to drive off in record time. This was by far the best car buying experience i ever had. Great job Ryan!!
