Their "Lowest Price Guarantee" is total xx. I provided a written quote from another dealership, using the Costco Auto Buying service. They refused to beat the total MSRP, match it and also refused to send me a written quote with their best price. STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership if you value integrity and transparency. They will rob you blind.

As stated in our policy, we can only honor competitive quotes that are presented in person at our dealership. Unfortunately, the screenshot of a text message you provided does not meet the criteria for an official quote, as it was not a valid or legitimate offer. However, we communicated a better price directly to you, and we are more than happy to honor that offer, as stated. Since you never visited us in person, we were unable to finalize the quote, but we remain committed to helping you with a deal that's even better than what was referenced. We’d be happy to assist you further in person, and we encourage you to visit us so we can finalize everything to your satisfaction.

If you want a poor post-sales experience and to be verbally insulted by the Service Department then this is a dealership for you. Once the sale was completed the quality of service collapsed. Numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls went ignored. Computer screen stopped working after six days and when we finally got a response we were told "that this happens all the time." When I called the service department I was verbally accosted for no reason. Rude, abrasive, ignorant and totally unprofessional. I wrote a letter of complaint to the service manager, general manager, and the dealership manager but did not receive a response. Take my advice--take your business to a reputable and professional dealership.

Jose and Corey Gnomes were very helpful while going through the car buying process. Corey took a lot of time and explained everything about the car's functions to us and we asked many questions because there was so much new technology! Love our new Honda CRV !
