My service writer made the process of replacing my fuel

My service writer made the process of replacing my fuel pump and ac condenser easy. He explained what needed to be done with the DMV once i received the certificate of repair on the recalled part.

My service writer, Larry, was awesome.

My service writer, Larry, was awesome. Gave me information and recommendations for the maintenance on my 2020 Honda Civic LX. Great guy who i feel, went above and beyond to help me. I came to this location 12 years ago to get a car, and because of my displeasure with another dealership, came back years later. There is only one small displeasure I wish to share. Can the mechanics please not change certain settings, features on my car? I keep my lights on the auto setting and found out, after getting pulled over, my lights were not on and I was only driving with my running lights. Fortunately, the officer was kind and understanding and only gave me a warning. Thank you Larry. I'll be back.
