Service

I was just not quite convince that tha trans-fluid is already dirty after 2 years (30k miles) since I bought it as certified used car from the same dealership. As far as I know trans-fluid last for 60k miles. The second time i brought this car for service the agent said the trans-fluid need service because it has 60k miles on it. But, when I mentioned it is acertified used car the agent checked the records of the car and He said okay and that the fluid was changed before selling the car. To my knowledge the trans-fluid last for 60k miles before service. I bought the car with 45k miles on it and the present odometer reading is only 76.7 k miles meaning I just accumulate 31.7 k miles which is less than 60k which is halfway before trans-fluid service to be due.

Excellent Service Manager , Mr. Daniel Dees.

My service manager was Mr. Daniel Dees. He gave me a full and easy-to-understand explanation in a very polite manner. The car is my second Honda since my first Honda when I was a student. In between I have driven Mercedes for decades. But Mr. Daniel Dees is the best service manager among the service managers I had inculuding those of Mercedes Benz.

B13 SERVICE

Daniel provided prompt attention, and the car was ready to go in the 2-1/2 hours he cited it would take for it to be completely serviced. Thanks DCH Honda!

Professional and solid

We canme here after dealing with rude people across the street at another dealer. Cody and Corbin were professional and fair the whole way through the process. As far as car buying goes, a good experience! Thank you guys again!

In and out as expected

I always have my oil change done at this dealship as I end up paying more at other places. I also know that it will be done correctly

Got sold a lemon

The initial car buying process was fine. I actually really liked my salesperson and felt like I got a fair price. However, they messed up the paperwork and I had to come back the next day to fix it. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. But, then after only 4 days, the brand-new car had some weird engine problems. Probably just a fluke, but who knows. I brought it in and DCH swapped it out for another new car same color/model/trim. All good, right? Nope. I drove the new, new car home, parked it in the garage, and went to sleep. The next morning, guess what? It won't start. It's 3 am, and I got to get to work. I tried everything, googled everything, even woke my wife up to help. Nothing I did worked. The car just would not start. I had to miss work (lose money) and at 7:00 am, I started putting calls into DCH. Initially, the people on the phone assumed I was incompetent and said stuff like, "you know you have to push the brake or it won't start." Seriously! I'd been up since 3 am googling this problem and looking for any possible solution. So, how did this whole ordeal end? Well, turns out the aftermarket security system DCH installed requires a chip to be put in after purchase. Otherwise, the car won't start after the test drive. They simply forgot to install the chip after they detailed it. DCH sent someone out to my house around 8:30-9:00am and popped it in there. Voila, the car started. Still, a major pain in the butt and had to miss work, but at least my car works. Side note, DCH has not done anything to compensate me for the major inconvenience. I feel weird asking and I won't, but they definitely should do something.

Very fast. Very clean

I love going to DCH Honda of Temecula. The guys there are very friendly and always very helpful. Tim Joyce have been my writer my last few services and he is just wonderful to work with. Thank you for keeping my Civic like new!

Service Repairs

I traveled all the way from San Diego for an A14 service on my 2010 Accord because of Dan Dees. He has always been honest and given me fair pricing on all of my service needs! This is why I made the trip to Temecula from San Diego. Dwayne
