Recall

We had to bring in our van for a recall repair. I was not looking forward to it because I've had very negative experiences at dealers and just in general when dealing vehicles. This was not that. Everyone was so nice and helpful and we were in and out in an hour. It was great!

AIR CONDITIONING AND AIR BAG PROBLEM FIXED

I took my car in for some air conditioning work because the a/c compressor had failed. It is a 2009 GTI. Once the repairs were made to the air conditioning the technician noticed that I still had an electrical problem that needed attention. Once the electrical problem was addressed and repaired both my air conditioning and air bag system functioned properly. John and Tom in service kept me up to date every step of the way. They even went to bat for me to see if Volkswagen would offer some assistance for the repairs being made since my extended warranty had expired in December. I was provided with a brand new Golf as a loaner while my car was in the shop. It was a nice car that gave me the opportunity to decide on whether or not I would purchase another one. As always, my car was returned to only after it was hand washed and looking pristine. LaFontaine Volkswagen's service department has always provided with the best service that I have every experienced owning any car. They have probably helped to keep one more customer for VW.

Service for repairs.

I always deal with Tom Koslowski for my repairs and oil changes to my vehicle. Tom is very knowledgeable with any issue I have with my car. He is also very personable and patient. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Quick and efficient

Easy to make the appointment and they took me right in and started working on my car. It was quick and there were no surprise. My car was washed and the price seamed reasonable.
