We just purchased our first Maserati from Jim Ellis. Our sales rep Dylon Dasilva was very professional and very knowledgeable about the model we purchased. The finance manager was very professional as well which streamlined the finalization of the purchase. We definitely recommend a Jim Ellis dealership.

Somphet was great.

Great experience buying from Jim Ellis!

Great experience buying from Jim Ellis! I flew from Texas to Georgia to buy the car, so I needed the sales staff to be my eyes to ensure my very, very high expectations were met. No used car is perfect, but I needed a full accounting of any existing cosmetic issues to make a decision. The car was as advertised; no surprises (and nearly flawless). In particular... Somphet was great, by a wide margin the most responsive salesperson I've ever interacted with. Every question, concern, request for information was promptly answered/provided. Additional photos were provided for areas of the car I knew (from past experiences) could be an issue. Their finance team was also awesome. I had last minute issues with my pre-approved loan from a Texas credit-union; they required additional hoops to jump through for a "non-preferred" dealer. With the clock ticking for my already paid for flight, Lee in financing stepped up to secure a loan through Maserati, at essentially the same rate. I highly recommend purchasing from Jim Ellis. Total transparency!
