Michael is very knowledgeable about the Maserati, and took the time to show me how all the electronics work without rushing, which was immensely appreciated. Worst Experience Ever
This was one of the WORST experiences we have ever had. Took the car for service after calling for months to get in (COVID time....but no excuse) our appointment was for the end of March we just got the vehicle back today, vehicle was there for at least 30 days before they even took it in the back. Then another week and a half to have them look at it.....then we get an almost 18,000 quote when we took it in for the service due and a battery. Our rep barely knew what was going on and the manager although he tried to break it all down just couldn't make us feel any better with a bill that high AFTER having the vehicle for 6 weeks. Thankfully this is a car that we don't drive often or we would have be jacked up. I understand shortage of staff and so on but this here is truly unacceptable on so many levels. Do no take your car here at all if you value your time, patience and worth. Good customer service and quality service is a must. Although the people we came in contact were nice the bad out weighed that 10x.

Buying a car while social distancing
Great experience dealing with Micheal Cook at Jim Ellis Maserati. We all wore masks, everything was wiped down but I still managed to drive my new purchase home. Very efficiently handled. So far I could not be more pleased.
