Previously left a 5 star review only because I was pressured into it before even walking out the door. The salesman I delt with was nice enough though. I knew I should have walked away when I had that gut feeling. I waited forever before someone spoke to me and usually they are all over you when you walk in. I went to look at a vehicle that was listed, even called and was told they had it. They could not tell me if it was there when I got there. They showed me another vehicle which needed a few things done which I was initially okay with. The check engine light was on And they said they would check and fix the issue. Was told the light would go away and it never did. Had a text convo with the general manager and told him I was bringing it back On a specific date and time. The day I got there he seemed to have forgotten everything and I had left work early and drove in the rain with bald tires to get there only for me to be told everyone went home. Was told it was one problem that was fixed still had an issue then they fixed something that I had to pay for. They reponded to my review that they had taken care of the issue they did not as I paid for it then had it at another shop that assured me they never changed what they needed. The maintenance guys there are were polite and I feel like they had my back but again I paid for it there were some other issues which I can she was not their responsibility to fix but their response to my initial review was inappropriate as I paid to have an Issue fixed which they did, but again I paid for that and their response was that they couldn’t fix every small thing and that they sold me a good but older car. (Again I didn’t expect them to fix every tiny thing) but don’t say you sold me a good old car when it’s now been in the shop 3 times in less than 2 months and I’ve had to have what is amounting to $3500 in repairs and labor. Also they stated they do their best to have their vehicles inspected, be up front and say hey this wasn’t inspected. I can say That whoever owned it before me treated it like xxxx which is not the dealers fault at all however don’t say that you inspect because if you did and you let the car leave the lot like that shame on you! I am now dealing with a car that I am over paying for and have had to put a ton of money into, a project vehicle not a good old car as they stated. Long story short I’m In a car that I do not feel comfortable driving more than in town short distances and that I don’t know if it will even last the length of the loan. Do your homework when you shop and AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! The other negative reviews are probably true and the good reviews are probably ones from people who felt forced to.

My experience with Lee Auto Group was absolutely dreadful. We purchased a Mercedes Benz Cargo Van from them, which was advertised as clean and accident-free according to the documents. However, after the purchase, we discovered significant damage to the vehicle. The sales team failed to disclose this, leaving us feeling disappointed and deceived. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone due to their dishonest practices and disregard for customer safety. I think these guys are buying cars at auctions, for your money! They don't give away the title for 30 days! They lie about everything, never mess with these scammers!

This was a great experience and I was grateful for the service I was given. Nicole got every situated for me very well and very awesome. Very good service Aaron did great job too at service thank you all Nicole insisted me to come in and she got the job done and I am leaving with a nice car.

Aaron was very helpful and easy to deal with. He actually made the sale! I wasn’t sure and him and his team made the experience smooth as silk!
