BEST TIME EVER!!!!

Was supper nice did not push cars on me. Was polite and personable made it supper easy to get a dream car of mine. He made it a fun time instead of a stressful time.

Bought my 17’ Silverado today from Aaron at Lee Auto group fast and easy service great truck I would recommend the team there for anyone in need of a vehicle fast and easy

Communication issues

Tried to buy a car from this dealership and could not get in contact with a salesperson for almost 2 weeks. I emailed and called at least twice. This car was on the market for ~126 days but magically sold the same day I was able to get in touch with someone. I suspect they did not want to deal with an out of state buyer as they could not pull off a "bait and switch" scheme as easy (based off the numerous reviews I've read about this dealership). I advised the people I spoke with that I had financing ready to go and was ready to make a deal yet the employees seemed to drag their feet at this. I was told a manager would be contacting me to get the process started and did not receive any communication for 2+ days. Numerous reviews also suggested that they want you to finance through them to get the advertised price so I also suspect this was a factor in the communication delay. Very poor communication would not recommend. Buyer beware of the classic bait and switch/financing schemes with this dealership!

Great Experience

Awesome experience!! Aaron was super helpful making our experience super easy. Highly recommended never have such of easy experience buying a car. Very pleased with the service.

Hard working guys

Took a minute to get everything handled Aaron was great and Cj helped as well. some small adjustments would make them a great team over all not to bad

Great services and good attitude

I didn’t find a vehicle that I wanted over the weekend but a friendly team of people Aaron and Nicole were there to help me and were spot on with service I’ll be sure to send friends and family there if they are looking for a vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE TO THE EDIT MADE YESTERDAY: The service manager called me regarding my edit to the review. That call went as expected. Lee auto group will not accept responsibility at all. He asked why I did not call them? I stated because you lie! He stated he was not aware there were 3 filters on the truck. How do you sell diesel trucks and claims to be the manager and you know nothing about diesel trucks? DO NOT BUY A DIESEL ON THEIR LOT!!! They do not check the vehicles before selling them but tell you they do!!! I have had this vehicle 3 months, I paid 30K+ for this truck and now with the first issue and second combined I’m out another 5k+. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF HEADACHES GO TO A DEALERSHIP THATS HONEST AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RIGHT INFORMATION. UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW : I purchased my truck 3 months ago. I had been told when purchasing that the truck had been looked at by their mechanic. 3 days in the truck started having problems, turns out it was a coolant sensor. I justified this issue because you cannot know when a sensor will go out and Lee auto group placed the sensor in for me at no charge after I tracked 2 1/2 hours to get it. At that time I asked again was everything looked at. I specifically spoke with the GM and both mechanics and all three said the fuel filters had been changed. (I remember this conversation because it is an aftermarket fuel pump system and they were talking about the 2 filters in the pump system) ( there’s actually 3 ) Fast forward to Monday, the truck would not start. We have it towed to our home, and a mobile mechanic comes to take a look. He pulled the fuel filter out from underneath the hood and it was horrible! The filter had never been changed and it seemed like a very long time! This tells me that the oil wasn’t changed, the filters anywhere on the truck were not changed. Lee auto group will tell you anything to sell a vehicle. Use a lot of caution before purchasing a vehicle! When you pay over 30k you would think the filters to the fuel and oil would have been changed! I plan to consult a attorney.

did not buy a car but ended up happy with the time spent there everyone was super helpful, kind and made us feel welcome there
