They are on top of everything and everyone who enters their door. Very professional and customer friendly. Work is scheduled and always on time. They also communicate directly with their customers keeping them up to date on the progress of their service. Never misleading and accurate and fair on pricing. Working with Allen and his crew always winds up being a thumbs up experience!

I have bought numerous cars, both domestic and foreign, over the past fifty plus years. Not once have I had a pleasant experience with buying or servicing a car, until I went to Volkswagen of Palm Springs! Both their Sales and Service Department are excellent. I was at work one night and was unable to shut my car off, the key would not turn. Several men from work tried to help but were unsuccessful. Auto Club could not help either. Then I called Volkswagen of Palm Springs, Service was closed, but Sales was open. I was very fortunate that Pablo in Sales happened to answer my call. Pablo suggested I go to Auto Zone and they would help. Pablo also asked for my phone number and said he would call me when he got off work, and if Auto Zone could not help me, he would swing by after work and assist me. Both the employees and customers at Auto Zone tried their best to turn the key off, but alas, they were unable to do so. True to his word, Pablo called me after work and he was confident that he would be able to turn my car off. Sure enough, he showed up ten minutes later and was able to turn off my car. He turned it back on and told me what to do if I was unable to shut off the car. The next day I went to Volkswagen service department and Allen, the Service Manager, told me the service was under warranty and gave me a very nice loaner car to drive. Also, I tried to give Pablo some money as a small token of my gratitude and appreciation. He refused to take my money even though I pleaded for him to take it! He told me if I wanted to give someone the money to give it to a female employee who worked really hard and deserved the money more than he did. I passed it on as Pablo requested. Wow, I thought my deceased boyfriend was the last good man on earth. I was wrong, there is Pablo and Allen! If you are in the Palm Springs area and need to buy or service a Volkswagen, please do not hesitate to go Volkswagen of Palm Springs and ask for Pablo in Sales or Allen in Service. I’m sure you will be very happy with their sales and service.

Service here is terrific - Allen and his colleagues are always there for you / helping out if someone is off or just away from the desk. Truly service with a smile!

This is my first review in my life! So upset , disappointed, angry since this guys convinced me to sign lease agreement had no chance to analyze and think about it, was as a hostage for several hours! End up with brand new car with check engine light every week consistently and lease agreement which is makes me sit every evening look at crazy numbers in it and pul my hairs not understanding how could I sign this nonsense paperwork! Well there is no help anywhere, agreement is signed means go screw yourselves! Great job Volkswagen Palm Springs team!

My saga is far too long to post here. I have a three page letter sent to VW of America about how a dead battery took 10 days to resolve and because of questionable service in deducing the problem still cost me $400 because a "special" fuse was not covered by my 6 year, 72,000 warranty and an Alternator which at first was declared good by them just happened to go bad while just sitting in their service garage. I will send the specific letter to VW of Palm Springs when I can get the proper email to send it to.

Always great service department. Friendly staff and nice sitting area if you need to wait. I have brought my car here and will continue to do so.
