Service writer Kim was pleasant and professional but it ends there. Couldn’t find my appointment so it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I made a new appointment and came back. Been waiting 2 1/2 hours now. Not acceptable for a simple oil change.

The story gets even worse. I’m 400 miles into the next leg of my trip and the Low DEF Warning has started. Now I’m wondering if they filled any of the fluids.

Shopping for a new car

Great people and customer friendly staff.No pressure and good selection of vehicles on the lot. Plus dog friendly! Will go back again and send friends to check them out if they are interested in a new car.

Unprofessional and insulting

Buying a new car shouldn’t be soooo. remorseful, NO credibility ,. Lack professionalism, and most important their service department completely lack the knowledge to their vehicles they are clueless to my vehicles malfunctions and BELIEVE that they will exaust themselves attempting yo FOOL you on issues that they’re ignorant on.. This people wont even make an effort to provide you with a courtesy call to update you on your vehicle service status. Volkswagen is a waste of my very important Time and money

Warrenty Service Repair

I had a recall for a computer update on my Tiguan. The opintment was very easy ,friendly service advisor. A nice awaiting area. They had my vehicle compleyed in less then 1 hour.

Repair

Had some warranty issues to deal with A mysterious problem with the convertible top. The shop went above and beyond to try to figure out the problems and provided excellent service.

Repair coolant loss/over heating

I couldn’t ask for a better repair experience. Allen, service representative was really professional. Repair was completed same day. Lucky to have a great VW resource so close to home.
