It was a great pleasure working with Jim, Laura, Geoff, and Paul. I never had too many good experiences from other dealerships in the area, so I wasn't sure what to expect. All of the staff treated me with open arms, like family, and answered every question I had. I am so thankful I stopped in there. They even offered me lunch :) I will never go to another dealership again. Thanks to all of the staff for the wonderful experience at Jim O'Conners. We stopped in to see a specific vehicle at Jim O'Connors Select Auto. The cars were being cleaned for the day, staff were incredibly nice. Sales person was wonderful to work with. I think we met everyone that works at Jim O'Connors by the time we purchased our vehicle from them. Furthermore, everyone was so incredible to work with and this was truly a hassle free and haggle free experience . was not impressed at all. Salesman comes out in flip flops, shorts and not friendly. When my wife asked him about scratches on the bumper he said he had not cleaned it yet and proceeded to try and rub the paint from another vehicle off the bumper. Saw nothing else so we left.

Buying a car from Jim's Select Auto was a wonderful experience. I was treated like complete family and every question or concern I had was answered or put at ease. This is my first Chevy product and probably won`t be my last. I have to say my purchase and experience was very satisfying. I started with Jim as some of my family has done business with Jim in the past and highly recommended him. Geoff and Jim were great to talk with and explain any questions I had about my 2008 trail blazer. I can`t for the life of me understand why most people can`t operate their dealerships as Jim does. Great deal as I checked online at Kelly Blue book for what a dealer should get and I paid $300.00 less. I really think Chevy produced a great SUV with the trail blazer. Talked with Laura,Jim`s "SweetHeart" of a daughter. Sounds like she will be taking over the business some day with his same business sense and fairness he is passing on to her and probably Geoff as well. They make a good team. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and a good job at that grilled chicken lunch you prepared for the staff and myself, it was the frosting on the cake.
