While I and several of my friends had purchased vehicles from Jim in the past, this was my first experience dealing with Jim, Geoff, and Laura at this location. The experience was extremely "stress free." When they did not have the type of vehicle I wanted on my initial visit, Jim guaranteed me they would locate what I wanted quickly. He was true to his word. The vehicle we purchased was exactly what we wanted, the deal was very fair, and the sales process extremely easy. We could ask for nothing more!

Jim has always taken care of my wife and I. We purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento 2 years ago. Jim did everything worldly possible to take care of us. I called Jim and gave him the things we wanted in an SUV for my growing family. Jim tracked down our SUV delivered it to my work and did the papers on my lunch break. Jim is one of the nicest guys you will meet. Jim is all about finding you want you need and taking care of your family in stead of pushing you into something just to make a buck. My wife will be soon looking for a mini van soon due to another child and I will be looking for a new truck. I will only buy from Jim. I also recently had my wives Kia fully detailed due to having 3 kids. They made it look brand new again. AMAZING places!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I was driving away with my black 2012 Ford Fusion, Jim, Laura, and all of the staff at Select Auto treated me like family. They went the extra mile in every way possible. If you are looking for a car, it would be stupid to look anywhere else. I had about the best experience i have ever had when buying a vehicle. My son and I walked into the dealership and were greated by Laura she had welcomed us in and ask how she could help us. I told her we were interested in a particular vehicle and wondered if we could take it for a spin. Laura asked Geoff for the keys and we were taking the car for a ride (Just my son and I) when we brought the vehicle back Laura had asked us how it went (always smiling and generaly a very kind person). I asked Geoff and Laura if they would accept a certain amount and they checked the numbers and told me we have a deal. This is the way I love to buy a vehicle no shmoosing, no"I have to ask the Manager", no we can't go that low. Just a fair price and terrific service. Geoff seemed very honest and Laura was extremely kind and courteous....If Laura ran for any kind of office she has my vote.

The staff was very congenial. I drove a couple cars (including one out of my price range), and I was satisfied that the car I bought met my needs, which included distance driving, on bust Interstates. When I requested a key fob, with remote opener, it was obtained for me. When I needed assistance 4 wks. after I bought the car, they helped me out. I had an experienced auto mechanic check it out, and it passed with flying colors!

I recently purchased a used car from Jim O'Connor for my daughter graduating from college. Purchasing a used car can be a very stressful experience when you do not have expertise and knowledge of used cars. I must say that I had a wonderful experience with Jim and his entire staff. Not only did they make the buying experience easy, fast and painless, they completely honored their commitment to me and stood by the product I purchased, thus gaining my trust. Geoff and Jim were extremely helpful during my buying process. They made themselves available for me and always worked with my schedule which made the entire experience fantastic. The best part: they didn't place any pressure on me while I was considering the purchase. Unlike other dealers who constantly call, email, etc. when you show interest, Jim O'Connor's team gives you the space you need but all of the information/resources on their available vehicles. When I made my decision and purchased a vehicle, the paperwork/buying process was seamless. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a fair deal and a great experience.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase yet!!! Jim O'Connor and his staff were so welcoming! I was interested in a Edge I had saw in the lot and asked if I could come test drive it after hours. They were so accommodating and stayed late for me. After I drove the Edge I decided I wanted to sit down and talk about numbers (this was my decision, no pressure at all!) After talking I thought that I should wait a day and think about it. They had suggested why I thought about it the following day to take the Edge home with me because they had the same thought process as I did, "A 20 minute test drive is not long enough to know if I really wanted to purchase it." The following day I drove it to work and fell more in love with it! Needless to say after work that day I went and signed the papers. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I am so thankful I found this small town dealership! I would recommend Jim O'Connor to EVERYONE who is looking for a gently used auto!
