Overall the buying process was hassle free. Geoff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jim shared with me how they go about selecting the cars they purchase and treated me to lunch with his staff. Paul had my 2012 VW Tiguan all cleaned up and ready to go for me. I highly recommend Jim O'Conner's Select Auto for anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Nice people to deal with. I was looking for a used vehicle, and Jim was recommended by a friend. I found the car I was looking for. I was able to keep it for the weekend, and bought it on Monday. I got a great trade in for my vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My son found a great truck at a great price at Jim O'connor. After looking on the internet and dealerships for weeks he saw one on the lot here. Although he is only 19 they treated him like and adult and let him test drive the truck and even stayed open late so I could come and see the truck before he made any decisions. They were all very nice and friendly no pushy car salesman attitudes. We brought the truck home that night. About a week later he notice we had a slow leak in one of the tires which was under the tire protection warranty that came with the vehicle However, the tire center was having troubles processing the claim so I just paid for it. I called dealership back and told Jim what had happened and he wrote me a check for the repair. That was totally unexpected but appreciated . Thats the type of service I didn't think existed any more. Thanks !!!

We can not say enough wonderful things about the purchase of our new used car. Geoff and Jim took the time to really find out what our family needed and how they could best meet our needs. Their friendly approach and no pressure attitude was very welcoming. Our curious little boy asked so many questions and Jim's patience with him made him feel valued in the car purchasing process. I was referred to Geoff and Jim O'Oconnor by my aunt as she and my uncle both had purchased their vehicles from Jim. I did not have a lot of money and was at my wits end w/trying to find a used decent car I could afford. When I went there, they were immediately welcoming. I looked around, drove a couple vehicles and purchased one on the spot. As a woman with no car "smarts" I believe they were truly honest about everything with their vehicles. On a whim I stopped to look around at the cars for sale. Found a car that was perfect for me and together Myself, Jim, Goeff, And Laura made it happen. Everyone was so kind and friendly. They had activities on hand and drinks to keep my kids busy. I love the car I purchased and I will highly recommend Jim O'Connor to anyone looking for a new car.

What a great experience at this dealership. First time ever I was not greeted by a pushy salesman. Test drove the vehicle and was left alone to decide what we wanted to do. The purchase of the vehicle went smoothly. They felt bad they couldn't get the car cleaned up like they wanted too so they filled the tank with gas and told us to come back to have it cleaned. Best car experience I ever had
